HARRISBURG, Penn. (Reuters) - Hundreds of demonstrators protested Pennsylvania's controversial new voter identification law on Tuesday, calling it unnecessary and discriminatory.The law faces a challenge beginning on Wednesday in state court by civil rights groups. The U.S. Justice Department said on Monday it was investigating whether the law discriminates against minorities.
