Update: Keenan sets the record straight after security breach and extortion attempt in Jakarta

JAKARTA, March 11, 2013 – As we prepare for Neil Keenan’s appearance in court on behalf of Mr. Martha Wibawa, it is not unreasonable to expect a counter-attack from those whose interests are threatened by Keenan’s work. In this instance, the attack came from an old source by a predictable method. Keith Scott, who set up Mr. Wibawa to be charged with counterfeiting for his legitimate custodianship of Global Account notes, fed false information to a member of Mr. Keenan’s security team, leading to an extortion attempt against Keenan. The extortion attempt is documented in an e-mail, which cannot be refuted. It is a pity to have to take time and energy away from Keenan’s work at this time to deal with a petty attack of this nature, but Neil has never been one to sit back on defense, waiting to get hit, when a strong offensive can put the attacker on his heels….especially when the truth is on his side, as it is in this case.Mr. Scott took this action presumably in an attempt to damage Keenan’s work with the Global Collateral Accounts, which Scott previously attempted (unsuccessfully) to manipulate. Mr. Scott has virtually no hope of accomplishing this aim, for two reasons: his own badly damaged credibility, and the irreproachable manner in which Mr. Keenan has handled the Accounts, which has earned him allies around the world.Mr. Keenan’s auditor, who has traveled to Indonesia to be on hand to assist in review of the Global Account assets located here, observed that Keenan’s bodyguard was secretly communicating with Keith Scott via e-mail (Scott had been living illegally in Indonesia for nearly a year, after Mr. Keenan discovered his pattern of deception in dealing with the Global Collateral Accounts, and severed the relationship). The auditor (who for security reasons we will not name at this time) was alarmed enough to draw the bodyguard into further conversation. We subsequently learned that the bodyguard was secretly recording conversations among Keenan’s team here in Jakarta – presumably at Mr. Scott’s behest – in an attempt to blackmail Neil Keenan. Keenan trusted this bodyguard, and it is unfortunate that Scott was able to infiltrate our team in this way. As it became apparent that Keenan’s security was being neglected (he made his appearance in court last week accompanied only by myself and our Korean colleague – which was probably the most vulnerable moment so far), the bodyguard abruptly returned to Europe, citing a family emergency.Upon the bodyguard’s return to Europe, Keenan received a Skype message and then an e-mail from him, demanding payment of 50,000 euros within seven days, or he would go public with the following charges:· That Mr. Wibawa has been charged, not with counterfeiting, but with possession of drugs· That Mr. Keenan has a wife and child in the Dominican Republic, whom he subsequently abandoned· That this writer was aware of the alleged drug charge when our recent update described Mr. Wibawa’s case, implying that we are deceiving the public.
These allegations are so easily refuted that we considered not responding to them at all. But Neil decided that it is always better to move aggressively in advance of a threatened attack – particularly at this sensitive juncture, when Mr. Wibawa’s freedom is at stake.
The charge against Mr. Wibawa (which we have good reason to hope will be dismissed) is under Indonesian legal code 245, which denotes a currency issue. There is no drug charge against him. This is easily documented, as the case is public record. It is true that a small amount of drugs (presumably for personal use) were found on the person of Mr. Mulyadi, who was with Mr. Wibawa at the time of the arrest, but no such charge was brought in that case either. I clarified my understanding of that fact when I arrived in Jakarta, as neither Neil nor myself would put our reputations on the line to defend a drug dealer, especially given the enormous importance of this work on a global level.
Neither the credibility of the bodyguard, nor that of Keith Scott, is sufficient to expect that this story would have gained widespread attention. But we are not about to let anything distract from the forward movement of the Global Accounts work at this delicate time, and so we are bringing the facts out now, both for the sake of Mr. Keenan’s reputation, and to protect Mr. Wibawa’s prospects for release. Mr. Keenan is forwarding the extortion documentation to his lawyers as he considers whether any further action is warranted.
As to Mr. Keenan having an unacknowledged child in Santo Domingo, he assures me this story is untrue. He was, however, somewhat miffed at the low estimate of the fine Irish genes he may have offered the world in his wild young days. “What? Only one? There should be hundreds!”
You really had to have been in the room to hear Keenan’s wicked chuckle (and to see the merry gleam in his eye) as he delivered that line, to be able to appreciate the implications.

For the first year we will be somewhat dependent on current food stores and it would be a good idea for everyone to share and conserve what is available. Even though these are not the healthiest for us those foods will quickly be phased out. Greenhouses, farms, individual residences and public and private lands will become utilized for the growing of safe and healthy foods. There is never again a cost for food for anyone. However, all individuals are encouraged to contribute time and energy to the food supply system, as a way to honor the gift you've been given. Perhaps you are a grocer or you like to cook or bake or can and preserve. People will be needed for planting, tending and harvesting. Perhaps you could help by collecting rain water. If you are an organic food grower, of any size... from planters on a balcony, to huge amounts of acreage... we encourage you to immediately expand your operations and begin the land sanitation processes on all contaminated soil. We will provide you with testing kits.
There are many amongst you who have wished they could devote themselves to growing healthy food and medicinal plants. There are small family farmers, who've been run out of business and would love to be allowed to farm again and to have others to share their knowledge with. Many of our family farmers are getting up there in age, so seek them out and allow them to educate you on how to grow and preserve food. The elderly can be the brains and the young can be the brawn. Find each other and start growing and preserving healthy organic foods together. If you have clean land to grow on, we encourage you to begin immediately or allow someone else to. In order to quickly get away from the poisonous foods, we need to immediately begin growing as much organic food as we possibly can. Stop growing lawns and grow food instead! If you wish to acquire land, to grow on, you may choose any piece of land of your liking, which is not already belonging to another. Any good growing land which you know to have been abandoned or foreclosed upon, for more than one year, may be claimed on a first come first serve basis. Please test it and, if necessary, sanitize your soil before planting. When you do plant food, please take care to use non-gmo seeds. A list of reputable suppliers is included in your info packet. There are no restrictions on where you can plant food and medicine. We encourage you to plant fruit and nut trees as well as vegetable gardens, along public walkways and in public parks. The bounty of these will be shared with all people freely. We also encourage all of you to feel free to help maintain the public gardens. If you have been homeless, you are now given a home that has been vacant abandoned and foreclosed upon, for at least a year. There are more empty homes and apartments out there than there are people to fill them. Go find one and move into it. The utilities will be turned on as soon as possible, after you call for service. Please be patient as you can be sure there will be lots of calls and also the possibility that we may be shorthanded on people who know how to do the job. This will depend on how many utility workers choose to stay during the transition. People who were kicked out of their homes, within the last year, are free to reclaim and retain those properties, or trade them or give them away, at will. If you have a home now and there is an abandoned one you wish to exchange it for, please give your present home to a homeless family. During the transition phase we ask you please to be helpful to each other. If you have a new neighbor who is without power, please offer them the use of yours while they wait for service to be turned on. Plant hemp in every toxic plot you plan to grow food in. Allow it to grow, for at least one year, before you grow any other food in that soil. Harvest the flowers and seeds but allow the plants to die and decay in the field. If the soil is severely depleted or toxic, it may take several years to heal. Hemp will do that, better than any other natural method that we know of at this time. Turn the rotting plants into the soil, before the next planting, to enrich the soil. It is sure to have dawned on all of you, by now, that you no longer NEED to go to a job. No one is required to do any particular thing, from now on. Especially, anything they do not want to do. Do only what you choose, of your own free will, as long as it does no harm to others or their property. For some of you this will cause an instant panic. You are probably wondering; Who will clean my house? Who will pick up my trash? Where will I get my groceries? Who will cut my hair? What about medical care?
Please stay calm.
We clearly have a transition phase to work through here. Although it is true that many of the service related workers, we've come to rely on and take for granted, will probably choose to do something different with their time, there are actually people within those professions who do what they do because they like doing it. And you can bet they are going to like doing it even more when they have no financial issues getting in the way of doing business. We are hopeful that they will still be there to take care of us, at least throughout the transition period or even just long enough to train their own replacement. It has to be their free will choice to do so though! Free will has to be taken without guilt, force or obligation.
We have great confidence that there are great numbers of you, who are able to govern yourselves for the Highest Good of All and who will step up to fill any void that you see and feel able to fill. By this example you will inspire others to do the same. We would like it if all of you chose to look at this as an opportunity to try your hand at lots of new things. There are no limitations. Try everything, until you discover your passion and then follow that on to bliss! We have worked it all out for you. Every one of you is now free and every basic need is met. We trust that you will honor this gift by governing yourself according to what is for the Highest Good of ALL. It is going to take some time for us to get all the details worked out amongst us. We hope you will all choose to be patient, generous, faithful, compassionate, helpful and kind, while we go through this transition.
BUT WHOSE GOING TO DO THE NASTY JOBS?
As far as the really nasty jobs go, we have been examining a system whereby each citizen can volunteer to pitch in and rotate through those jobs. We think that, with enough co-operation, no one would have to do any of those jobs, for more than one week per year, in order to see that everything essential, to the well-being of our communities, will still get done. Since the majority now live with a desire and willingness for co-operation and community support, all our essential systems and services are sure to be well taken care of and the work will be shared amongst many. We can say that, with complete confidence, because we know that we would not be making this announcement today unless a critical mass of you had agreed to it. It is important to note, again, that we are able, NOW, to release a bunch of new technology that has the potential to simplify and streamline many of our systems and services. These new technologies should lighten our need for human labor, in all sectors!
We are hopeful that many essential workers, such as food suppliers and transporters, healthcare, sanitation, transportation, road and utility workers will choose to stay in their present positions, at least long enough to train a replacement to step in to their position. The more co-operation and team-work we can muster, during the transition phase, the more quickly and easily it will go. You can all rest assured that once we are peacefully and gently settled, into our new paradigm, you are completely free and encouraged to live according to your most fervent wishes and cherished dreams.

They'll shop for that until they are all shopped out and finally come to the realization that they don't have to hoard or covet all those things they are shopping for because there are no limits to what they can have... ever.... Eventually they will come to trust the new ways and relax into the flow of change.

Yeah... me to... it would be a shame to have such a joyous occasion ruined by riots over televisions and game systems... but ya know what? I really don't think this announcement would ever have been made if "The People" were not ready to handle it, with ease and grace.

John Ward – Why We Should Send Jean-Claude Juncker To The South Atlantic – 12 March 2013
“How many fingers am I holding up, Winston?
The Slog can exclusively reveal this morning that the three Falkland Islanders who voted against remaining British (Mr & Mrs Maradona and their clone Heinrich) will nevertheless stay on the Islands to complete the mission of liberating it for Argentina. Speaking from his U-Boat redoubt in Rookers Bay off Port Stanley, Mr Maradona said he would trust in “the hand of God to deliver the Fourth Reich from the clutches of repressive British imperialism”.
I have little doubt that Jean-Claude Juncker would dismiss that bit of fancy as simply another example of what he referred to in Der Spiegel this week as being “lost in petty national thought processes”; but as always, satire and fun-poking don’t work if there’s no truth behind them. So here are some simple reasons why I find the Falklands dispute funny, and Juncker’s Spiegel proclamation hysterical:
1. The election was pointless and unsurprising. It won’t change any attitudes either in Argentina or at the UN, because their issue is with imperialism not self-determination. Just because they’re muddled about this doesn’t mean they will change their minds.
2. Argentina’s history of fascism, juntas, suspended democracy and debt-welching doesn’t exactly render them more fit to own the Malivinas compared to a Nation which, wars aside, hasn’t suspended democracy since 1664.
3. Argentina’s sudden rekindling of interest in the Malvinas question is almost certainly related to the discovery of vast oil wealth in the surrounding waters.
4. Despite his triumphant tweet this morning, if Cameron’s hand is forced he will give in. He has no choice, given that he made another choice last year: to make vast cuts in our armed forces.
5. In the years during and after World War II, Argentina led the way in sheltering Nazi war criminals…..perhaps one of the few occasions when the term was fully justified. Their most famous guest for a while was the notorious genetic genius Doktor Mengele, as a result of which the continent of South America is dotted with cloned natives and kids called Hermann.
6. Head of Radio Luxembourg Jean-Claude Juncker said he found the Greek images of Merkel in a Nazi uniform distasteful. Perhaps he would’ve preferred her in the Youth uniform of the DDR. In a piece of logic worthy of Tony Blackburn, he added “Suddenly these resentments reappeared, that we had thought were long gone. The Italian election campaign was also excessively hostile against Germany and therefore anti-European”. Ah, right then: ‘if you prick Germany, do we not all bleed?’ Well no actually, we don’t. The Germans have completely reverted to type since they became the dominant EU power: bollocks about “everyone is speaking German now” isn’t the way to make friends; ordering another nation’s elections to be cancelled is a tad illiberal; tabloid bigotry about fat Greeks in string vests has, shall we say, echoes of the country’s past; and if you want an example of traditional German juggernaut inflexibility, there is no better one on the planet than its unbending support for the CubMed austerity programme – of which the main architect was, without question, Wolfgang Schäuble.
So you see, ironic gags about Falkland plebiscites, Nazis, Argentina, German panzers, football cheats and Prussian robotics are entirely justified. Caps, fitting, wearing etc. But jokes about tinpot countries like Luxembourg are especially richly deserved when the citizens elect the same clown as Prime Minister for eighteen years. And as my bollocks destruction claims always to be evidenced, herewith Exhibit VII m’lud….Junckers cl0sing parallel from the Spiegel piece:
“There are striking parallels to 1913 in respect to carelessness. Many in Europe back then thought a war could never happen again. The big powers on the continent were economically so closely intertwined that there was a widespread belief they could simply not afford a military conflict. Especially in northern and western Europe there was a deep complacency stemming from the idea that peace was forever granted.”
From end to end, that is utter codswallop. Where in 2013 are two vast German and British navies facing each other? Where a disputed Alsace-Lorraine? Where a vainglorious Wilhelm II at the head of a vast Prussian army? Where two sets of grand alliances in which an attack on Serbia meant the timetable to war would be set in motion?
Not only is there no parallel at all – just Juncker using risible scare tactics – the Luxembourger’s history itself is also extremely wonky. ‘there was a widespread belief they could simply not afford a military conflict’: What moon of which planet did that nonsense come from? Most military observers and Foreign Office strategists felt certain that the naval rivalries and global exploitation aims of Germany and Britain must eventually end in a conflict. Practically all German sources are agreed that, once Britain’s Edward VIII paved the way for the Entente Cordiale with France, a clash of alliances was inevitable. Oddly enough, the Schlieffen plan wasn’t dashed off on August 3rd 1914.
There is only one parallel here, and it is this: beyond Europe, there is a real and increasingly present danger that mad neocon globalist competition and currency wars will eventually lead to a shooting war. In that insane battle for market share, Germany is per capita far and away the most successful and aggressive player in the world. They have reached that position by hard work, and the euro. Jean-Claude Wanker would do well to return to reality at the earliest opportunity.
Is there a solution to these oddly entwined issues? Yes, I think there might be. We could give Herr Juncker the task of mediating between Argentina and the Falkland Islanders, on the strict proviso that he doesn’t come back. A solution to the problem would move further away, but as there is no solution anyway, the exact distance involved is a tangential consideration. Then we could give Cristina Elisabet Fernández de Kirchner (ooh look, she’s got a German surname too) the task of mediating between Berlin-am-Brussels and Southern Europeans who’d like their lives back, on the strict proviso that she repays all the money her countrymen still owe to almost every developed country in the world.
