As a veteran of the Army I have been to many training missions. Also Baghdad. The issue is that the military does not train in areas unless they resemble the actual combat situation they will be heading to in the near future. Such as the mountains of Taos, New Mexico. The military wanted to use the mountains for training to simulate Afghanistan, fortunately the Natives would not allow this to occur. I am not sure about now but about a year ago it was forbidden. The thing you have to look for is if the soldiers weapons have colored tiny square do-hickey at the end of the weapon. Connected to the barrel. They are called blank adapters and they are used for blanks to keep the pressure in the weapon to allow the gas from the blank to pull the bolt of the weapon back. If these are not on the weapon and there is a fat soldier falling behind and breathing hard you can guarantee that they have a full ammo load and that they are not there for training, but presence patrols. When I was in Iraq we would just drive around to give the illusion we were every where. This is the way martial law starts. It is when one team leader or platoon sergeant decides to take matters into their own hands and not give the details of their actions to higher ups such as their first sergeant. So when an issue begins to happen you can ask to speak to the chain of command. And then always ask to speak to them in this order. Let me speak to your platoon sergeant. If they will not allow you to then you can assure something is a miss. Remember that these soldiers are bored and they are from the national guard (most of them). Let me tell you about bored trigger happy soldier wanting to collect bones. Let me tell you about the egotistical soldier that loves alcohol and hold a false pride in a flag by waving his big boom stick around in your face and separating the women from the men to interrogate you for no reason except to see the fear in your face so they can feel a little bit better. Don’t go near them. Stay away. They are bored and they want to shoot someone. Don’t let the integrity and honor of a soldier fool you, don’t let the constitution that they uphold become something they drop because you decided to take a picture. Stay far away. They don’t care about you because their commander has convinced most of them that there is a terrorist in the mail box and a computer hacker is a terrorist. A person with a camera is trying to find weak points in certain formations so later they can place a bomb or some crap like that. They are misled humans and they will not be able to lift the veil until we just let the world events around them change them. Do not protest against them, I warn you. In Iraq if you shot some one by accident they would just throw a weapon on them. Remember their brothers and sisters, what would you do for your siblings?

Steve: Perhaps let me add a word to Stephen’s explanation. A move like this in years before containment, previously known as the “mass arrests,” would have rattled everyone’s bones.
But we know that President Obama works for the Light, contrary to the cabal’s efforts to paint the picture otherwise.
And we also know that DHS would be powerless to misuse its powers at this late date. Such a move, we’ve been told many times, would be opposed by the galactics. Said SaLuSa on April 4:

The White House has finally responded to criticism over US President Barack Obama’s hushed signing last week of an Executive Order that allows the government to command privately-owned communication systems and acknowledges its implications.
When President Obama inked his name to the Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions Executive Order on July 6, he authorized the US Department of Homeland Security to take control of the country’s wired and wireless communications — including the Internet — in instances of emergency.
The signing was accompanied with little to no acknowledgment outside of the White House, but initial reports on the order quickly caused the public to speak out over what some equated to creating an Oval Office kill switch for the Web. Now the Obama administration is addressing those complaints by calling the Executive Order a necessary implement for America’s national security.
“The [order] recognizes the creation of DHS and provides the Secretary the flexibility to organize the communications systems and functions that reside within the department as [Homeland Security Secretary Janet A. Napolitano] believes will be most effective,” White House spokeswoman Caitlin Hayden tells the Washington Post.
Hayden insists that “The [order] does not transfer authorities between or among departments,” but the order does indeed allow the DHS to establish and implement control over even the privately owned communication systems in the country, including Internet Service Providers such as Time Warner, Verizon and Comcast, if the administration agrees that it is warranted for security’s sake.
Immediately after last week’s signing, the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) said the order allowed the DHS “the authority to seize private facilities when necessary, effectively shutting down or limiting civilian communications.”
Following up with the Post this week, EPIC attorney Amie Stephanovich stands by that initial explanation, agreeing that the DHS can now “seize control of telecommunications facilities, including telephone, cellular and wireless networks, in order to prioritize government communications over private ones in an emergency.”
“The previous orders did not give DHS those authorities over private and commercial networks,” adds. Stepanovich. “That’s a new authority.”
According to the order, the DHS can take charge of “commercial, government, and privately owned communications resources” to satisfy what is described as “priority communication requirements.” With little insight from outside the White House, though, what constitutes such an emergency may very well be decided on by Washington, where the country’s elected leaders are still split on all things involving the Internet.
Even still, Stepanovich says that approaching Capitol Hill for comment before rushing through an Executive Order could have caused things to come out differently, but would have also arguably brought forth a firestorm such as the one that accompanied an attempt to pass the Stop Online Piracy Act. When Congress tried to pass SOPA this year — which included provisions that were argued to grossly regulate the Internet — protests nationwide played a massive part in killing the legislation.
“This should have been done by Congress, so there could have been proper debate about it,” Stepanovich tells the Post of last week’s signing. “This is not authority that should be granted by executive order.”
White House spokesperson Hayden adds to the Post, “Mobile phones, the Internet, and social media are all now integral to the communications landscape,” concreting still the allegations that this order could be used as a kill switch to any of the millions upon millions of handheld and desktop devices across the country.

A major offensive has been carried out by the forces of light operating on the front lines in an attempt to eradicate the stronghold of the criminal cabal here in your world. A frontal assault has been carried out, taking into custody many hundreds of members of the criminal cabal and some of their underlings here in cities such as Atlanta Georgia, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Harrisburg Pennsylvania, Dayton Ohio, Bloomington Minnesota, Aspen Colorado, Peoria Illinois, Sacramento California and within the state of Delaware. These cabal agents put up a hostile fight in some of these locations. Casualties were experienced on both sides of this struggle. We, the Galactic Federation of Light, monitored all of these situations and we were able to repel an attempt by rogue military forces that attempted to interfere, at least on some level, with one or more of these proceedings. You have freewill choice and it will be up to you to decide how your future development proceeds.
We come to you for many reasons and we make a point of informing you that we are all One. We may be from quite different civilisations and in some respects appear different to you, but like you we are experiencing life as you also do for your spiritual evolution. At a higher level there is no difference at all as we come from the same Source, but have simply elected to follow different paths. Like myself as a Sirian, quite a few of the Galactic Federation of Light members are directly linked with you, as you came to Earth from their civilisations to be of service. You will find that “service to others” are the key words once you move out of duality into the higher dimensions. We are One in all we do, not just for the millions upon millions of souls in the Universe, but for all life including the planets, as they also have a high level of consciousness. It is not without reason that you talk of the Earth as Mother Earth, and when you understand her role pay her due respect and gratitude for what she does for you.
There are many subjects that up to know [now] have not been fully explained, as there has to be an appropriate time when your level of consciousness is ready to receive advanced knowledge. It would be no good overloading your brain with material that was too far ahead of your present understanding. Up to now spiritual evolution has come slowly and allowed you through personal experience to integrate it into your understanding. These processes have however been speeded up to hasten your progress towards Ascension. It is because there are those amongst you who have moved ahead, and ready to go much further.

Clearly the time has come for the Ascension of those who are ready, and should no longer be held back. Having the intent to ascend is a start but it must continue with an expanding consciousness. Thus your vibrations are lifted up and as long as your sights are focused on bringing more Light to yourself, you are certain to be one who ascends. That opportunity has been open to every soul, and it is no disgrace if you have not yet reached that point. There is no limit to the time you can take to prepare yourself, and it would not be expected that everyone would reach the same level together. That is where your freewill comes in although you are naturally encouraged to raise your vibrations at every opportunity. As a group your experiences are not complete until the very last soul has returned.
You presently have no way of knowing what a marvellous achievement you have made in having overcome the attention of the dark Ones. They have tried every trick in the book to prevent you ascending and rising up again into the Light. It would be true to say that things were loaded against you, but that was by design and it was known that it would be hard going. However, it was also realised that if you won the battle your gains would be enormous. That Dear Ones is where you stand now, and have achieved a wonderful expansion of consciousness, that will remain with you. Not all ascended Beings have taken the same remarkable path as you have chosen. Now do you see why in your Universe you are looked upon as very special souls. It is not egotistical to accept such adulation, as you are entitled to give yourselves a pat on the back for your achievements.

At the core of the physical Cabal there is a group of 13 Archons that keep controlling our planet for the last 26,000 years. They are the ones that maintain the quarantine and keep humanity hostage so that the positive ETs could not intervene until now. Their leader was arrested in Rome on May 5th, removed from this planet and taken to the Galactic Central Sun immediately. He was the one that many members of the Cabal were worshipping in their distorted rituals, so now they are worshipping something that does not exist any longer.
