The next major milestone for Mass Arrests of the cabal has now arrived. Liens have now been filed against all twelve Federal Reserve banks. A Cease and Desist Order has also been filed — to prevent the world's wealth from continuing to be stolen.
PRELUDE TO THE MASS ARRESTS
If you have been following this and certain other websites, then you have already heard the eyewitness testimony suggesting that thousands of conspirators in finance, media, defense, military, corporations and government are about to be arrested.
The mass resignations of CEOs, worldwide — now numbering well over 450 in the last few months alone — is a tangible sign that a major event is anticipated within the insider community.
Let's be clear, again, that this is NOT a coup, NOT martial law, and NOT a takeover of the government in any way.
IT ALREADY HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER
Our financial system, media complex, defense industry, corporate world and government has already been taken over.
It is not being run for the people and by the people. It has been systematically manipulated by a secretive, occult Cabal.
We cannot sit back and wait for their next attempt to generate mass chaos and destruction, and say "let's just leave everything the way it is," simply because this group has been so circumspect in revealing its true intentions.
This system threatens the welfare of everyone on Earth. In their plan to secure global control, they have repeatedly attempted to create mass casualties — by a variety of different means — and significantly reduce population.
Many, if not most of these efforts have been thwarted. Much of this is thanks to the will of the people; great heroes who take a stand. This includes countless hundreds of millions of people doing their best to spread the word — and inform others.
More recently there appears to be Divine Intervention, for lack of a better term — which is utterly destroying the Cabal's ability to do any further harm on a mass level.
That does not, in any way, reduce or eliminate our need to act. For now, we focus on the practical, tangible, on-the-ground steps we must take to free our planet from Financial Tyranny — within this very opportune set of circumstances.
THE PLAN REQUIRES THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE
The plan for mass arrests appears to have been in development since the 1960s, as my interview with a new insider named Drake revealed.
Drake was asked by the "good guys" in the Pentagon to provide a public voice for a plan that, up until then, had almost entirely been disclosed by Benjamin Fulford, since 2007, and myself since November 2011 — when I was personally briefed on it.
This plan requires the will of the people to succeed. Otherwise, our supporters within the military and the justice system do not have the legal precedent to perform such actions.
After many years, the public outrage is now sufficiently high that the will of the people has become more than sufficient to take these steps. Elements within our civilian and military sectors alike have had enough — and are taking a stand.
US marshals from the Department of Justice and peace officers will carry out the arrests, with the assistance of military personnel — in the event of any unforeseen disturbances.
By assisting a legal civilian operation in this manner, the military personnel are following their Oath of Enlistment — to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
THIS WILL BE A POINT OF NO RETURN FOR THE CABAL
Again, to reiterate, the mass arrests will generate a situation from which there is no turning back for the Cabal.
Once the truth is exposed, there will be no further walls of secrecy for them to hide behind.
Every genuine fact you've ever read on the Internet about this problem will quickly become common knowledge. The "learning curve" is steep, but this is what everyone will be talking about.
The rules of logic are absolute in a case like this. Full disclosure of this group guarantees that no such actions will ever be tolerated again by the public. It is a full-stop Game Over for the cabal.
That is why they are so terrified right now.
There are plenty of headlines showing this — such as Muppetgate, the public divorce of JP Morgan and the Vatican, the mass resignations of over 450 CEOs, and the passing of ridiculous and tyrannical executive orders.
This cannot and will not be a "cleaning out of middle management" only. The upper levels will be clearly exposed. These people's lives will never be the same. No one will tolerate the continuation of their plans.

Particularly since 9/11, an incredible amount of damning evidence has been quietly collected — all for use in this single moment of Truth.

There is so much evidence that any attempt to "debunk" it, or say it is the work of CG animation, et cetera, will completely fall apart.

It feels to me that we are asked as a "humanity" to make decisions. It still feels like a small group of lightworkers making decisions for the whole. Just wondering why I am hesitant to get on this band wagon.
Also, we are reminded about keeping things quiet, and to let those who have planned for so long do the actions when and where.
When the Pleiadians say "go within" during this time, right now, we know life issues are coming up for healing. The way to clear them out is not to ask others what they "think" because you will get every kind of answer available. We are not in harmony with old issues.
The best thing that can be done, and the energy is given to us NOW is to look at everything we feel guilty about. And process it. Get it all out. Allow yourself the emotions which are so buried in your heart. If you are not sure what that means, there are be others who can help you.
A good attitude would be: "oh, my god, I never realized I feel guilty about my abortion 20 years ago!!" Clear that out. Not by supressing it... but as one truthfully cries, the heart will feel like it is going to burst. You will remain in control. Look at all the details as you feel lthis intense emotion. Your whole body will probably shake like crazy if you are actually healing your pent up issue. Whatever time it takes, just allow the healing to occur. If you were a king and had a knight who wasn't in alignment with your principles but you had such a relationship with him... wouldn't you want to cover every little detail with him to get back into harmony? You wouln't just kick him out. It takes processing.
There are many great benefits of healing. After clearing out guilt you will be able to "be as one" with your star buddies... description Nancy Tate's Horus April 24, 2011. This experience with another is exquisitely beautiful. To have your free will and yet to cherish expression as one. It feels so good, you will want to do this all the time. At this point of clarity and "hollow bones" you would never want to make a singular decision again. That feels lonely and unloved.
The great medicine man, Fools Crow, who started his sweat lodge fires with his mind, said we can do anything with "hollow bones".
I really admire a few here who write posts and submit the most beautiful images and who have done their work on guilt.
Let's not cheat ourselves. We are worthy of the greatest things in the universe! And we also have the ability to respond to the emotions which hold us back.

FRIDAY, APRIL 27, 2012 AT 7:24AMAs is heard in the opening minutes of my interview with Drake, I had strongly requested that the States Documents which were filed with the World Court be released for public inspection as an initial sign of some solid proof of due diligence. In conversations with my contacts, I had indicated that this type of proof would go a long way towards providing some assurrance that this was not all a "smoke and mirrors" media ruse. What I wish we could all see is the proof of service and certification of receipt by the clerk at the Hague, but for now, this goes a long way towards providing researchers with the pro forma basis for a legitimate action.
THE DOCUMENTS:
Naturally, cynics and scoffers will not be satisfied, nor is the presentation of any such documents conclusive proof of action, but I do feel that by releasing the redacted copy of the notarized original Pennsylvania Apostile that we now have a basis to assess the legal basis of the action, and some tangible evidence for the claims made by Drake in his interviews. I continue to press for more evidence to be released as the conditions allow, bearing in mind that it is likely people HAVE placed lives and fortunes on the line to initiate this process.
Patience, prudence, diligence, and discernment will all go along way in de-coding the information being presented. Clearly, Drake and his associates HAVE created a major meme on the internet. provoked much controversy and thought, as well as a fair amount of criticism. Persoanlly, I remain, in the best sense, a SKEPTIC:

(Reuters) - New York prosecutors are looking into possible financial mismanagement at Dewey & LeBoeuf after lawyers at the law firm requested an investigation, two people familiar with the matter said on Friday.NEW YORK
Dewey & LeBoeuf, a major U.S. law firm, has lost some 70 of its 300 partners since the beginning of the year. The defections, coupled with debt, have left the firm struggling to stay afloat.
The Manhattan District Attorney's office is investigating whether Dewey leadership made misleading statements about payments due to partners, according to one person who did not want to be identified because the probe is not public.
Another person, who also did not want to be identified, said lawyers from the firm had asked Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance to examine "financial irregularities" at the firm.
Both sources said the investigation is in preliminary stages.
Erin Duggan, a spokeswoman for Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, declined comment.
Martin Bienenstock, a member of the firm's five-person executive committee, declined to comment. Representatives of Dewey did not respond to repeated requests for comment.
The request for an investigation was first reported on Friday by Law360, a specialized news service for lawyers.
It comes just days before Dewey faces a deadline to renegotiate the terms of a $100 million line of credit. The deadline was revealed earlier this week by another source familiar with Dewey's troubles.
The firm owes roughly $75 million to a bank group led by JPMorgan Chase that also includes Citi Private Bank, Bank of America Corp and HSBC Holdings PLC.
Dewey has retained a bankruptcy attorney to consider restructuring options. One possibility is a prepackaged bankruptcy that would involve merging with another firm. Greenberg Traurig LLP has said it had "preliminary discussions" related to Dewey but has not elaborated.
Last year, Dewey hired a number of high-profile, highly compensated attorneys but has been unable to pay many of its long-tenured partners full compensation in recent months, according to two partners who have left.

(Reuters) - An Obama administration task force probing misconduct that fueled the financial crisis is increasing its ranks, adding five financial analysts and 10 new federal prosecutors spread across the country, according to a senior Justice Department official.WASHINGTON
The increased staffing reflects a new push by the administration to aggressively pursue cases against firms and individuals who contributed to the 2007-2009 financial crisis, especially ahead of the November election.
The U.S. Justice Department has so far brought few cases against high-profile targets since the crash.
The department closed criminal investigations without bringing charges against firms whose names are closely tied to the 2008 crash, including AIG and Countrywide.
Individual Wall Street players have largely escaped prosecution, after the Justice Department lost its first criminal case against two former Bear Stearns hedge fund managers in 2009.
U.S. enforcement authorities have asked for patience, saying financial crisis cases are complex and though the behavior may look bad, it doesn't always amount to outright fraud.
The task force formed earlier this year represents a more coordinated effort than prior investigations, the Justice Department official said in an interview on Thursday. Prosecutors are reviewing documents for both federal and state law violations.
In addition to the 50 positions the department previously announced, the DOJ is hiring 10 new assistant U.S. attorneys in districts that include Massachusetts and Colorado, according to job listings on the agency's website.
The department is also hiring five financial analysts and auditors to help understand and identify evidence, the official, who declined to be named, said.
It is also focused on civil laws, including a little-used federal statute called FIRREA, which may make such cases easier to bring.
President Barack Obama announced the creation of the task force during his State of the Union address in January. He said it would "help turn the page on an era of recklessness that hurt so many Americans."
Questions remain whether the cases that come out of these investigations involve lower-ranking people or whether they are able to bring larger, systematic cases.
The task force to date has received around two terabytes of data from at least 16 subpoenas sent to financial firms, and is interviewing witnesses, the official said.
For comparison, the Library of Congress web archive, which archives websites, collects around 5 terabytes per month.
According to one of the job postings, the department is looking for attorneys to help investigate "and pursue those responsible for misconduct in the packaging, selling, and valuing of residential mortgage-backed securities and similar financial instruments."
In another sign the department is looking to pursue these cases through courtroom litigation, it said it is looking for someone who can "handle matters in court persuasively on behalf of the United States."

Fear of Greek default now driving EU towards ‘stop at nothing’

The Slog has been posting for over a week now about Greek PASOK Party leader Evangelo Venizelos’s talk of ‘only inclusive Coalitions will have authority’ and ‘the consequences of not having a majority Coalition in power’. Yesterday, I ran a piece about Brussels and Berlin fearing a win for the anti-Troika Parties. Now the body responsible for organising the legal side of the General Election says the necessary preparations have not been put in place. Politically involved Greeks are starting to fear the worst.
While the geopolitical factors in play concerning Greece’s elections and eurozone membership continue to be confusing, what has been emerging over the last 72 hours is that the Franco-German axis has returned to a very hard line on Greece: that Greece must be saved from itself…and above all, kept in the eurozone. (It is, in short, the diametric opposite of Washington’s desire to see Greece ‘amputated’ as a risk to the world banking system).
The key factor here seems, once again, to be the sharper clarity among Government circles in Brussels, Paris and Berlin that the major EU (especially French) banks are still too weak in many cases to survive a messy Greek default.
Although many in the MSM missed it, this was evidenced dramatically yesterday when Commissioner Rehn of Finland (right) autocratically revoked the decision of the European Investment Bank (EIB) to insert a standard ‘drachma clause’ into all new loan agreements with Greek companies. The clauses aimed to protect the EIB by hedging against a possible Greek exit from the eurozone or the collapse of the euro area in general.
This now clearly represents Thought Crime in the EU. The Finnish commissioner branded the terms “bureaucratic” and the EIB’s intention to impose them “unfortunate and incomprehensible.” Reluctantly, the EIB has caved in. But other disturbing signs are being totted up in Greece itself.
Athens News reported late yesterday (Thursday) that, for some as yet unexplained reason, the ‘joint ministerial decisions’ required to organise judicial representatives and set up election teams at courts throughout Greece had not been issued. The organisation involved – the Greek judicial employees Federation - said there was now a ‘visible possibility of problems in the preparation and holding of the elections.’
“Even in Greece,” said one exasperated Leftist informant this morning, “this has never happened before – at least, not in my lifetime. Obviously we have our doubts about why this unbelievably important process has not been put in place. No excuse is too blatant for these people. They will do anything to retain the power they have over us.”
32 Parties have now been approved as ‘democratic’ enough to take part in the elections, scheduled for May 6th…..a week tomorrow. It is the unusually high number of Parties and undecided voters that have together spooked Brussels and Berlin into wondering if the result might be (as the EU would say) “a mistake”. Some Greek wannabe politicians fear that Brussels is at work behind the scenes, ready to sabotage any result that doesn’t go their way. (The situation in the Fiscal Pact referendum in Ireland is causing similar concern: the pro-Group is losing ground, and fully 37% of the electorate are undecided).
Once again, a majority of Greek Sloggers point the finger of accusation at Troika puppet Venizelos. Yesterday evening I also received emailed information from observers on the spot in Athens:
‘First of all there is an ongoing fear, now officially discussed by more parties, for fraud in the upcoming ellections. Parties like Syriza (left), Independent Greeks (Right) as well others are openly speak for such a scenario. Specifically Syriza has doubts about the validity of the election process, as far as the Papandreou government ministers remain in the ministries of Citizen Protection, Interior, Justice and State, while customarily they have to be replaced by commonly accepted persons at every election. It is also very important and maybe it derives from the same fears, that Russia has officially asked for the presence of Russian observers during the election process. I’m 45 years old and I don’t remember such a case before.’ (Name withheld for obvious reasons)
And also:‘Yesterday a newspaper called Eleftheros Typos (Free Press), presented an article, where they claimed that a candidate of Independent Greeks, were in the payrol of the National Information Service (EYP). This proved to be forgeries of the data from the news paper side and now they will face lawsuit probably (the newspaper)….All are signs that it might be a surprise in the night of May 6, since there is a big number of undecided people.’
One can sense across the spectrum of such comments that Athenians in particular fear there will be dirty tricks and tampering as regards the election result. The Russian request is particularly baffling – and may be a red herring – but the close eye being kept on things by the eurocrats continues to give cause for concern.

I know from Brussels sources that Samaras represents an epicentre of EU suspicion. But their fear remains – and you read it here first – that his Party New Democracy will form an anti-Troika Coalition with the help of unexpectedly successful Hard-Right Nationalist Parties.All those opposed to the creeping fascism of the Sprouts should keep a wary eye on these developing events.

Austerity is suicidal public policy warns US economist Joseph Stiglitz. Nobel Prize-winning U.S. economist Joseph Stiglitz speaking in Vienna, Austria Thursday night said that it’s a suicidal path for Europe — and that such a policy has never worked in any large country.
Youth unemployment in Spain has been at 50 percent since the crisis in 2008 with “no hope of things getting better anytime soon,” said Stiglitz, who is a professor for economics at Columbia University. “What you are doing is destroying the human capital, you are creating alienated young people.”

Dr. Michael Herzog Arrested By German Authorities – Has Great Voice, Sings Like A Pro.
THE PAST FOURTEEN DAYS
Please recall the winner-takes-all media confrontation between the White Hats Reports #35, #38 and #39 and a well known International Hedge Fund wherein Dr. Herzog tried to use a namesake as a front, hired some high priced legal muscle and used the well known fund to shield himself and his fraudulent activities for the beneficial interest of Mitt Romney and Jeb Bush.
Well … two weeks ago, Dr. Michael Herzog was arrested in Germany following police raids on his home and the homes and offices of several of his criminal associates. As the circle widens, Dr. Herzog’s activities are creating major implications for all of the crooked political, banking and US Government parties that have assisted him. Herzog is now in deep, deep trouble and his associates will all follow in the same footsteps. How do we know this? We now know who they are from the reams of notes, transaction receipts, pay orders with instruction sets, and transcripts of Herzog and his associates illicit acts.
In addition, Dr. Herzog was detained for further questioning yesterday. The outcome? Dr. Herzog has a great voice and is singing like the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Bush, Ackermann, Dewhurst, Romney plus hundreds of people in the world financial markets, at the highest levels, in the agencies, past Presidents and elected leaders of numerous countries, our American Congressman and Senators are all named. Yes, it has been a treasure trove of names, places and events, including orders for physical violence up to and including termination for those that did not cooperate in the methods of the Cabal. The Bird is out of the cage and the cats hate the harmonious singing.
As if all of the above wasn’t enough to swallow for one week, selective high level members of the House of Lords were informed last night that Josef Ackermann has been taken in for questioning on numerous issues instigated by Merkel, and that large scale operations are now planned with cross border cooperation, as the Cabal’s International Network gets publicly unraveled. Greenspan is now the subject of ever more allegations and inquiries. Tony Blair’s Vatican accounts and his JP Morgan bagman role is now being assessed, as is his history of receiving Bush related funds. The net is now closing in on many of them.
Ackermann was sidestepped for a key Bilderberg role. Now serious criminal investigations will intensify the focus on both he and Deutsche Bank. The Berlin Federal Prosecutors Office is focused on the trail of crime linked to Herzog and the immense scale of US Political Racketeering and CIA collusion which is emerging.
Herzog’s Berlin Court arrest is filed under Charge Case No. 83 Js 960/06. His arrested associates to date are Josef Birch, Case No. 83 Js 792 /05, address given as 34/36 King Edward Street, Darlaston, West Midlands, UK and Heinz Bosche, Case No. 47 Js 127/06.
We have information and belief that Birch supplied a false address and believe this is a Joseph Birch from Cornwall. In fact, it is believed to be Sir Joseph Birch, a well known Bush crony and associate, which we are now tracking, to help German Police and have him deported back to Germany. If this is the Joseph Birch we believe it may be, he comes with a long history of fraud, litigation and Bush connections.
In other significant news, it has been learned that Sarkozy needs to assist in the release of the Global Settlements to save his Presidency. Merkel needs it to save the Euro and EU model. If the EU goes, Germany’s industrial base will collapse.
We are continuing to unravel the web of criminal conspiracy of the international Cabal. Germany’s arrest of Herzog and associates is a major first step as it will lead investigators to the central, prominent cabal members in Europe and America. We have named just the first few. We will continue naming names, especially of those in the US through a series of reports that will be released starting next week.
