Parallel Worlds, a reality? The legacy of Albert Einstein - Soul Hang Out

What in the World Do I Work On? - Soul Hang Out

God, do I need a lot of work. For a long time that was overwhelming, but thankfully, I've put a lot of what needs to be done into a column for the Universe. (on my To Do list, that is) My list is organized into five sections: Body, Relationships, Home, Work, and Money. All of them are important! Work for me to do, and work for the Universe to do.

If I must pick one, it will be Work, and by Work, I mean writing. Writing is what I am most passionate about, the topic that occupies the majority of my thought, the fount from which inspiration flows. Writing has it's impact on all my other areas as well.

Having said that, what I really really want to work on is yet more intertwined with each of the other areas. I want to work on 'attention.' The key to my moving forward and upward is clear to me. I must give my attention as wholly as possible to what it is that I want, in whatever area of my life that may be.

None of this willy-nilly, float along with whatever comes to mind for me. My course is set to choose my thoughts, to be deliberate with how I spend my mind. It's not easy to do this for me. My mind races with thought and it is a challenge to slow it down. It is equally unnatural for me to stay with a thought, to hold it for a protracted period of time. I am prone to speed on to the next thing, leaving a trail of unfinished thoughts, unfinished projects, unfinished relationships...that is to say, an unfinished life.

So I give myself this year to the development of my attention. In concrete terms, I set about creating the body that I want...fit and lean. I draw to myself the aspects of relationship that I cherish, growing those aspects in me at the same time. My home quickly expands to give me my perfect place in the world for rest, delight, growth and nurture. In my work, I develop a workshop on 'attention' that flourishes and becomes a book. This and many other inspired bits of writing flow easily to and through me.

And as for money, the limitlessness I dream of becomes my reality.
