Scientists Prove DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies — the Power of Hyper-Communication

THE HUMAN DNA IS A BIOLOGICAL INTERNET and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self-healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies without cutting out and replacing single genes.
Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.
The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. [For the sake of brevity I will give only a summary here. For further exploration please refer to the appendix at the end of this article.] The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed, for example, to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.
One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequenciesare being used.
This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.
Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA. This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation! All this by simply applying vibration and language instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure! This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.
Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on theinner processes and maturity in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA. The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will always work, provided one uses the correct frequency.
But the higher developed an individual’s consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of device! One can achieve these results by oneself, and science will finally stop to laugh at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. And it doesn’t end there. The Russian scientists also found out that our DNA can cause disturbing patterns in the vacuum, thus producing magnetized wormholes! Wormholes are the microscopic equivalents of the so-called Einstein-Rosen bridges in the vicinity of black holes (left by burned-out stars — in so far as we know). These are tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of hyper-communication is most effective in a state of relaxation. Stress, worries or a hyperactive intellect prevent successful hyper-communication or the information will be totally distorted and useless.
In nature, hyper-communication has been successfully applied for millions of years. The organized flow of life in insect states proves this dramatically. Modern man knows it only on a much more subtle level as “intuition.” But we, too, can regain full use of it. An example from Nature: When a queen ant is spatially separated from her colony, building still continues fervently and according to plan. If the queen is killed, however, all work in the colony stops. No ant knows what to do. Apparently the queen sends the “building plans” also from far away via the group consciousness of her subjects. She can be as far away as she wants, as long as she is alive. In man, hyper-communication is most often encountered when one suddenly gains access to information that is outside one’s knowledge base. Such hyper-communication is then experienced as inspiration or intuition. The Italian composer Giuseppe Tartini for instance dreamt one night that a devil sat at his bedside playing the violin. The next morning Tartini was able to note down the piece exactly from memory, he called it the Devil’s Trill Sonata.
For years, a 42-year old male nurse dreamt of a situation in which he was hooked up to a kind of knowledge CD-ROM. Verifiable knowledge from all imaginable fields was then transmitted to him that he was able to recall in the morning. There was such a flood of information that it seemed a whole encyclopedia was transmitted at night. The majority of facts were outside his personal knowledge base and reached technical details about which he knew absolutely nothing.
When hyper-communication occurs, one can observe in the DNA as well as in the human being special phenomena. The Russian scientists irradiated DNA samples with laser light. On screen a typical wave pattern was formed. When they removed the DNA sample, the wave pattern did not disappear, it remained. Many control experiments showed that the pattern still came from the removed sample, whose energy field apparently remained by itself. This effect is now called phantom DNA effect. It is surmised that energy from outside of space and time still flows through the activated wormholes after the DNA was removed. The side-effect encountered most often in hyper-communication also in human beings are inexplicable electromagnetic fields in the vicinity of the persons concerned. Electronic devices like CD players and the like can be irritated and cease to function for hours. When the electromagnetic field slowly dissipates, the devices function normally again. Many healers and psychics know this effect from their work. The better the atmosphere and the energy, the more frustrating it is that the recording device stops functioning and recording exactly at that moment. And repeated switching on and off after the session does not restore function yet, but next morning all is back to normal. Perhaps this is reassuring to read for many, as it has nothing to do with them being technically inept, it means they are good at hyper-communication.
In their book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” (translation: “Networked Intelligence”), Grazyna Gosar and Franz Bludorf explain these connections precisely and clearly. The authors also quote sources presuming that in earlier times humanity had been, just like the animals, very strongly connected to the group consciousness and acted as a group. To develop and experience individuality we humans however had to forget hyper-communication almost completely. Now that we are fairly stable in our individual consciousness, we can create a new form of group consciousness, namely one, in which we attain access to all information via our DNA without being forced or remotely controlled about what to do with that information. We now know that just as on the internet our DNA can feed its proper data into the network — it can call up data from the network and can establish contact with other participants in the network. Remote healing, telepathy or “remote sensing” about the state of relatives etc. can thus be explained. Some animals know also from afar when their owners plan to return home. That can be freshly interpreted and explained via the concepts of group consciousness and hyper-communication. Any collective consciousness cannot be sensibly used over any period of time without a distinctive individuality. Otherwise we would revert to a primitive herd instinct that is easily manipulated.
Hyper-communication in the new millennium means something quite different: Researchers think that if humans with full individuality would regain group consciousness, they would have a god-like power to create, alter and shape things on Earth! AND humanity is collectively moving toward such a group consciousness of the new kind. Fifty percent of today’s children will be problem children as soon as the go to school. The system lumps everyone together and demands adjustment. But the individuality of today’s children is so strong that that they refuse this adjustment and giving up their idiosyncrasies in the most diverse ways.
At the same time more and more clairvoyant children are born [see the book “China’s Indigo Children” by Paul Dong or the chapter about Indigos in my book “Nutze die taeglichen Wunder”(Make Use of the Daily Wonders)]. Something in those children is striving more and more towards the group consciousness of the new kind, and it will no longer be suppressed. As a rule, weather for example is rather difficult to influence by a single individual. But it may be influenced by a group consciousness (nothing new to some tribes doing it in their rain dances). Weather is strongly influenced by Earth resonance frequencies, the so-called Schumann frequencies. But those same frequencies are also produced in our brains, and when many people synchronize their thinking or individuals(spiritual masters, for instance) focus their thoughts in a laser-like fashion, then it is, scientifically speaking, not at all surprising if they can thus influence weather.
Researchers in group consciousness have formulated the theory of Type I civilizations. A humanity that developed a group consciousness of the new kind would have neither environmental problems nor scarcity of energy. For if it were to use its mental power as a unified civilization, it would have control of the energies of its home planet as a natural consequence. And that includes all natural catastrophes! A theoretical Type II civilization would even be able to control all energies of their home galaxy. In my book “Nutze die taeglichen Wunder,” I have described an example of this: Whenever a great many people focus their attention or consciousness on something similar like Christmas time, football world championship or the funeral of Lady Diana in England then certain random number generators in computers start to deliver ordered numbers instead of the random ones. An ordered group consciousness creates order in its whole surroundings!
When a great number of people get together very closely, potentials of violence also dissolve. It looks as if here, too, a kind of humanitarian consciousness of all humanity is created. (See: The Global Consciousness Project)
To come back to the DNA: It apparently is also an organic superconductor that can work at normal body temperature. Artificial superconductors require extremely low temperatures of between 200 and 140°C to function. As one recently learned, all superconductors are able to store light and thus information. This is a further explanation of how the DNA can store information. There is another phenomenon linked to DNA and wormholes. Normally, these super-small wormholes are highly unstable and are maintained only for the tiniest fractions of a second. Under certain conditions stable wormholes can organize themselves which then form distinctive vacuum domains in which, for example, gravity can transform into electricity.
Vacuum domains are self-radiant balls of ionized gas that contain considerable amounts of energy. There are regions in Russia where such radiant balls appear very often. Following the ensuing confusion the Russians started massive research programs leading finally to some of the discoveries mentions above. Many people know vacuum domains as shiny balls in the sky. The attentive look at them in wonder and ask themselves, what they could be. I thought once: “Hello up there. If you happen to be a UFO, fly in a triangle.” And suddenly, the light balls moved in a triangle. Or they shot across the sky like ice hockey pucks. They accelerated from zero to crazy speeds while sliding gently across the sky. One is left gawking and I have, as many others, too, thought them to be UFOs. Friendly ones, apparently, as they flew in triangles just to please me. Now the Russians found in the regions, where vacuum domains appear often that sometimes fly as balls of light from the ground upwards into the sky, that these balls can be guided by thought. One has found out since that vacuum domains emit waves of low-frequency as they are also produced in our brains.
And because of this similarity of waves they are able to react to our thoughts. To run excitedly into one that is on ground level might not be such a great idea, because those balls of light can contain immense energies and are able to mutate our genes. They can, they don’t necessarily have to, one has to say. For many spiritual teachers also produce such visible balls or columns of light in deep meditation or during energy work which trigger decidedly pleasant feelings and do not cause any harm. Apparently this is also dependent on some inner order and on the quality and provenance of the vacuum domain. There are some spiritual teachers with whom nothing is seen at first, but when one tries to take a photograph while they sit and speak or meditate in hyper communication, one gets only a picture of a white cloud on a chair. In some Earth healing projects such light effects also appear on photographs. Simply put, these phenomena have to do with gravity and anti-gravity forces that are also exactly described in the book and with ever more stable wormholes and hyper-communication and thus with energies from outside our time and space structure.
Earlier generations that got in contact with such hyper-communication experiences and visible vacuum domains were convinced that an angel had appeared before them. And we cannot be too sure to what forms of consciousness we can get access when using hyper-communication. Not having scientific proof for their actual existence (people having had such experiences do NOT all suffer from hallucinations) does not mean that there is no metaphysical background to it. We have simply made another giant step towards understanding our reality.
Official science also knows of gravity anomalies on Earth (that contribute to the formation of vacuum domains), but only of ones of below one percent. But recently, gravity anomalies have been found of between three and four percent. One of these places is Rocca di Papa, south of Rome (exact location in the book “Vernetzte Intelligenz” plus several others). Round objects of all kinds, from balls to full buses, roll uphill. But the stretch in Rocca di Papa is rather short, and defying logic sceptics still flee to the theory of optical illusion (which it cannot be due to several features of the location).

Motorists may have been paying too much for their petrol because banks and other traders are likely to have tried to manipulate oil prices in the same way they rigged interest rates, an official report has warned.

Concerns are growing about the reliability of oil prices, after a report for the G20 found the market is wide open to “manipulation or distortion”.
Traders from banks, oil companies or hedge funds have an “incentive” to distort the market and are likely to try to report false prices, it said.
Politicians and fuel campaigners last night urged the Government to expand its inquiry into the Libor scandal to see whether oil prices have also been falsely pushed up.
They warned any efforts to rig the oil price would affect how much drivers pay at the pump, which soared to a record high of 137p per litre of unleaded earlier this year.
Robert Halfon, who led a group of 100 MPs calling for lower fuel prices, said the matter “needs to be looked at by the Bank of England urgently”.
“We need to know whether the oil price has been manipulated in a similar way to Libor,” the MP for Harlow said. “This impacts on millions of people all round the country concerned about the price of petrol at the pumps.”
Petrol retailers use oil price “benchmarks” to decide how much to pay for future supplies.
The rate is calculated by data companies based on submissions from firms which trade oil on a daily basis – such as banks, hedge funds and energy companies.
However, like Libor – the interest rate measure that Barclays was earlier this month found to have rigged – the market is unregulated and relies on the honesty of the firms to submit accurate data about all their trades.
This is one of the major concerns raised in the G20 report, published last month by the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).

Dr. Drew Pinsky(NaturalNews) Radio personality Dr. Drew Pinsky once touted GlaxoSmithKline PLC's antidepressant Wellbutrin as one of a few such medications he prescribed to patients suffering from depression because it "may enhance or at least not suppress sexual arousal" as much as other antidepressants.
What he didn't tell listeners during that 1999 endorsement; however, was that two months earlier Dr. Pinsky - who rose to fame as "Dr. Drew," co-hosting a popular radio sex-advice show, "Loveline" - received the second of two payments from GSK for a total of $275,000 for "services for Wellbutrin," The Wall Street Journal reported.
The paper said the payments were made to Pinsky via a communications firm that worked for GSK, according to revelations in an attachment to a complaint filed by the U.S. government in October 2011 in a Massachusetts federal court. The documents were disclosed in early July after the Justice Department announced a $3 billion criminal and civil settlement with GSK over illegal medication marketing, among other things.
In an email response to an inquiry about the payments by the Journal, Pinsky said: "In the late '90s I was hired to participate in a two-year initiative discussing intimacy and depression which was funded by an educational grant by Glaxo Wellcome," one of the pharmaceutical firms that eventually merged into GlaxoSmithKline.
Pinsky added that the campaign he was involved with "included town hall meetings, writings and multimedia activities in conjunction with [a] patient advocacy group."
"My comments were consistent with my clinical experience," he concluded, according to the paper.
Revelations stem from Big Pharma fraud settlement
According to published reports, GSK pleaded guilty to promoting popular antidepressants Paxil and Wellbutrin for uses that had not been approved by U.S. drug licensing officials at the Food and Drug Administration.
In its original complaint, the federal government said GSK improperly promoted Paxil as safe for children and adolescents, though the FDA had never given its okay for such patients, and the company's own clinical trials raised red flags over increased suicide risk concerns.
Federal prosecutors alleged that GSK promoted Wellbutrin for improper uses as well, which included treatment of attention deficit disorder, bipolar disorder, obesity, sexual dysfunction and anxiety, though it was never shown to have been safe or effective for such uses, The Associated Press reported.
The government's complaint came on the heels of a nine-year investigation of GSK's marketing practices, which led to the huge settlement.
As the Journal noted, physicians can prescribe medications as they deem appropriate, but it's illegal for companies to promote a drug for any uses not approved by the Food and Drug Administration - a practice that's known as "off-label" marketing.
In the case of Dr. Drew and Wellbutrin, the drug's prescribing label says nothing about it being "less inhibiting of sexual libido than other antidepressants," WSJ reported.
In an email to the paper earlier this month, GSK refused to answer questions about the company's financial ties to Pinsky or any other physicians.

"The complaint to which you refer concerns events in 1999, 13 years ago. It does not reflect what would be allowed in GSK today," a company spokesperson told the paper.
"The government has made many allegations and legal conclusions concerning Wellbutrin that GSK disputes," the spokesperson continued. "GSK admits; however, that during the period from January 1999 to December 2003, there were some occasions in which certain GSK sales representatives, speakers, and consultants promoted its antidepressant Wellbutrin to physicians for uses which were not FDA-approved in violation of federal law."
Pinsky, the paper said, is only one doctor mentioned in the government's complaint. It also accuses other doctors of taking payments from GSK and improperly endorsing the company's drugs. One doctor received $2 million from GSK between 2001 and 2003.
That physician, James Pradko, "gave hundreds of talks to doctors and Glaxo sales reps about depression and frequently made 'off-label claims' about Wellbutrin's effectiveness against a number of conditions for which it isn't FDA-approved, including weight loss, chronic fatigue syndrome, erectile dysfunction and chemical dependencies," said WSJ.
In an telephone interview with the paper, Pradko said the U.S. government complaint takes the speeches he gave "very much out of context," adding he only ever spoke about treating depression and that his speeches "weren't meant to sell drugs, ever."

Families of four veterans diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder following their tours of duty in combat zones who committed suicide after returning home are charging Prudential Insurance and the Department of Veterans Affairs with refusing to pay life insurance benefits they are due.
Mathew Ecker, the lead plaintiff in the case, which was filed recently in U.S. district court in Newark, N.J., said that his son, Michael - who served in Iraq in 2005-06 - received "at least 11 medals, ribbons and badges for his service."
The complaint goes onto say that following his son's return, "his parents observed a dramatic change in his personality. He was in constant physical pain, suffered memory losses, and was anxious all the time. Michael never left the war behind and after medical treatment efforts failed him, on August 28, 2009, he walked to the garden, saluted his father in military fashion, placed a gun to his head and pulled the trigger."
The complaint says the elder Ecker was the sole beneficiary of his son's SGLI (Servicemembers Group Life Insurance) policy, which amounted to $400,000.
"Mathew has testified under oath that, while alive, Michael never received from Prudential any notice that he could convert his SGLI policy to a VGLI [Veterans Group Life Insurance] policy," the complaint says.
Prudential didn't let beneficiaries know to change coverage?
The families claim Prudential denied them benefits they were due because their veteran children did not switch their SGLI policies to VGLI policies within 120 days of leaving the military. They also say Prudential did not inform their veteran children about switching their coverage in a timely manner.
In the filing, attorneys for the families cited two previous instances where the VA ordered Prudential to pay late claims to the beneficiaries of deceased victims.
In one case, "Prudential paid the benefit in that case even though: 1) the veteran failed to timely convert his SGLI policy to a VGLI policy, 2) more than two years had elapsed between deactivation and death, and 3) the veteran had been able to work at a refinery for period of 15 months between deactivation and death," says the complaint.
In the other case "of information and belief, Prudential was ordered by SVA [the Secretary of Veteran Affairs] or VA [the Department of Veteran Affairs] to pay the VGLI benefit to the beneficiary of a veteran who committed suicide on the basis that Prudential had failed to notify the veteran upon deactivation from the service and/or separation from the Ready Reserve that he could convert his SGLI policy to VGLI," the complaint says.
The plaintiffs charge that Prudential "intentionally denied the benefits of the life insurance of their insured under the SGLI and VGLI programs, with no rational basis for so doing, whereas others identically situated to plaintiffs were paid benefits under the life insurance policies."
History of shortchanging vets and beneficiaries?
It's not the first time Prudential has earned the ire of the beneficiaries of deceased veterans.
In 2010 the parents of six deceased soldiers sued the insurance company in a class-action case for allegedly paying paltry interest on military life benefits while keeping higher interest earnings for itself.
The suit "accuses Prudential of profiting from the dead soldiers' policies with bookkeeping maneuvers and misrepresenting the way the beneficiaries could collect lump-sum payouts," The Associated Press reported then.
The company said it did everything within the letter and spirit of its obligation, but the families alleged that as beneficiaries they received 0.5 to 1.5 percent interest on money parked in Alliance Accounts over the previous several years.
"But the plaintiffs say the checks are equivalent to an IOU, and that the money doesn't actually sit in those accounts as of the time of the soldier's death," AP reported.
Instead, the plaintiffs said in their complaint, Prudential parks the funds in a $200-billion general account that earns five to six percent interest, moves it into the Alliance Account only when requested to do so by the beneficiary, pays out the lower rate and keeps the difference.

Five years after he started “crime suppression” sweeps that terrorized Latino neighborhoods across Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff Joe Arpaio is finally having to explain himself. Not to TV crews in Phoenix or to fawning hosts on Fox News, but before a federal judge.The trial in Melendres v. Arpaio, a class-action civil-rights lawsuit, is scheduled to begin Thursday in Federal District Court in Phoenix. The plaintiffs, represented by the American Civil Liberties Union and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, accuse the sheriff of waging an all-out, unlawful campaign of discrimination and harassment against Latinos and those who look like them.
They say the sheriff and his deputies — aided by ad hoc civilian “posses,” anonymous phone tipsters, even motorcycle gangs — made illegal stops, searches and arrests, staged wrongful neighborhood and workplace raids, and provoked widespread fear among citizens, legal residents and undocumented immigrants alike.
One plaintiff, Manuel de Jesus Ortega Melendres, is a Mexican citizen who had a valid visa when Sheriff Arpaio’s deputies arrested him in 2007. He said he was handcuffed and held for hours, not read his rights or allowed a phone call, or told why he had been arrested. Two other plaintiffs, Velia Meraz and Manuel Nieto, were accosted by deputies at gunpoint during a neighborhood sweep, for no explained reason. They are citizens.

The FINANCIAL -- As Spain struggles with wage and budget cuts as part of sweeping austerity measures, Spaniards exasperated at seeing no end in sight are increasingly taking their grievances to the streets.
Thousands of people came out into the streets of central Madrid on Sunday, just 48 hours after their last protest, sparked by the approval of Spain's latest austerity plan on Friday.
Sunday's late-night protest was spontaneous, sparked by calls on social networking sites, said 21-year-old fireman Miguel Rodriguez. It brought together professionals such as firemen and police along with civil servants who all opposed the government's plan.
Spaniards say they just despair of what is next.
"I can't see any future. We don't have work and they are taking our health and education systems away from us," said Maria Jimena, 25.
"We cannot tolerate all that they are doing, all these cuts. Civil servants, the jobless, we'll have to wait and see if retired people are next," said another protester Pedro Hernandez, a retired 67-year-old.
Spain's two main unions CCOO and UGT have called for another nationwide strike for Thursday over the latest round of trimming, which includes lower jobless benefits and public sector pay cuts.
A general rate increase in VAT is also sure to hit hard everywhere from tourism to fisheries, car show rooms and consumer associations.
As EUbusiness reporetd, while the plan will claw back 56.4 billion euros ($69 billion) for the state between now and 2014, Mariano Rajoy's government will still have to make up an 8.6-billion-euro shortfall to reach the 65 billion euros in cuts required by the European Union.
Press reports have suggested that this sum will come, at least in part, from a sharp rise in electricity bills for industry and households -- the final straw for a country where one in four people are now unemployed.
The cuts "are not a roadmap to saving Spain" but are instead driving the country deeper into recession, according to unions, who are not ruling out a general strike in September.
Strikes and protests have been a relative rarity in Spain in the years following the end of Francisco Franco's dictatorshop but painful deficit-cutting measures are making protests a more regular occurrence as people show their despair.
An "indignant" protest movement inspired by similar protests from Britain to the United States' Occupy Wall Street was born in early 2011 in a sprawling encampment at Madrid's central Puerta del Sol square.
What people see as the government "playing on the summer, on people's apathy, fear, tendency to resignation" could further outrage the population, warned Ignacio Fernandez Toxo of the CCOO union.
Toxo has proposed a referendum on the latest measures which he says would provide an alternative to "pure contention in the street, strikes and demonstrations."
Despite the growing resentment, unions say they are determined to keep protests peaceful after two lots of clashes between protesters and police in the Spanish capital last week led to a number of arrests and 23 light injuries.
Spain will this month become the fourth eurozone country, after Greece, Ireland and Portugal, to get bailout funds when it receives the first tranche of a 100-billion-euro kitty for its banking sector.
The bailout is likely to provoke further ire from Spaniards who feel their banks go unpunished while they are forced to tighten the purse strings on a daily basis.

16/07/2012 05:41The FINANCIAL -- Germany's top court said Monday it would rule on September 12 on legal challenges to euro crisis-fighting tools, as financial markets nervously await a decision.
The Federal Constitutional Court said it would hand down a judgement on complaints aimed at preventing President Joachim Gauck from signing legislation passed last month by both houses of parliament.
The draft laws concern Europe's fiscal pact for greater budgetary discipline and its 500-billion-euro ($611-billion) permanent bailout fund to aid debt-mired eurozone countries.
The rescue shield cannot come into force without the ratification of Europe's top economic power and already jittery markets are nervous at the prospect of a lengthy legal battle.
According to EUbusiness, while parliament approved the measures, Gauck has delayed signing them into law while the court considers a raft of legal challenges.
Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble pressed the court last week to rule quickly on the complaints.
"We have asked the court to decide as quickly as possible because we are in an extraordinarily critical situation. The risk of contagion to the whole eurozone is very high," Schaeuble told German radio.
However Chancellor Angela Merkel insisted on the court's independence in a television interview on Sunday.

You will please note that, and we do acknowledge these, you will not see any conflict between these sources. We use as many channels as it takes to reach the widest possible audience and cover the greatest areas of concern.
There may emerge, from time to time, messages that purport to be from us which we are not the source of, or messages that are far too mingled with the beliefs and desires of the channel, but these will be easily enough discerned by your hearts. Simply notice your feelings when you read or hear the message. If you feel uneasy, fearful, angry, or in doubt, simply disregard that message. If it continues, we advise giving no further attention to that channel. Micha-el, and this is how we have been known for many centuries, is love and light. We do not bring to you in our messages fear, anger, or doubt. Our constant intent is your peace and upliftment.
Even should you receive a message so uplifting that did not originate from us, would that be such a bad thing? Please use whatever means to move yourselves into love, into peace.
There are feelings emerging for many of you now that are somewhat uneasy, but oddly enough, not unpleasant at all. Know that you are beginning to get a sense that great change is almost upon you. This will not be the catastrophic upheaval that many predicted. It is that you are about to begin manifesting on your outside, the peace and love, abundance and joy, that you have been so occupied building on your inside. Yes, you are still conflicted to some extent with old ideas and beliefs, but as we have long said, love and light are the stronger force.
If you look around you now, you will see, scattered among the continuing drumming of fear and distraction, more and more pieces of good news, surprising news. There is much more of this happening than you are being informed of, especially if you are still tuning in to the constant untruths and half-truths of your ‘mainstream’ news sources. If you are reading our channels, you are capable of searching out your own news from the internet. We urge you to learn to find the news that supports your continued raising of consciousness. There is much available now. Be careful however, as there is also a fair amount of well-meaning but erroneous reporting being spread through the internet, as well.
As always, be guided by your hearts. This will be your constant mode of navigation from this point forward. It is well that you begin to rely upon it at this time.
As we told you in our last conversation, you are indeed feeling our presence about you with increasing ease. We are gratified this is so. Some may even be seeing flashes of our light at certain moments. It is fun for us when this happens. We hope it is for you, also. Acknowledge us in your hearts at these times and they are sure to increase. Step forward in peace and love now and we will speak again. Good day.

My message today to you is very simple: do not allow to be disturbed, neither mentally nor emotionally! Whatever occurs in your life!
Please understand, that this is very important at this stage on your world, because this is YOUR contribution to a fundamental change.
You CAN do this, because you always have been the ruler of your own life, but many of you did not know!
You have been brought up with the understanding, that you are inferior to your thoughts and emotions, and that they would just happen to you!
But this is not true! It is up to you what you choose to allow to occupy your consciousness! Thoughts are not stored in your brain, but they are part of a greater vibratory field in which your brain exists. Thoughts, as you know, are waves, moving through your brain, and you can choose, on which thoughts you want to dwell, which thoughts you want to utilize and repeat because you have recognized their truth and value.
Most of you have not been brought up in the understanding, how to wisely choose what you want to think! So this capacity is now rather weak in most of you, as you did not learn how to handle these waves from early on in your life. Now you are customed to just feel like being a victim of your thoughts, but this is only so because you have been made to believe that you are.
Most of you are aware however that emotions follow your thoughts, and the longer you repeat a thought, whether it is pleasant or unpleasant, the more clearly certain emotions are generated. As soon as the thoughts are coupled with respective emotions, what you create seems to become real to you and you start to set in motion its tangible manifestation sooner or later in your life.
Now you also know that as much as positive thoughts create positive emotions and events, which elevate your energy field, that negative thoughts create negative emotions and events, and that this is weakening your energy field. Your vibration becomes denser and heavier, happiness and ease are disappearing and you become easier prone to manipulation by those who want to rule over you!
It is my deepest desire to remind you of this vicious circle of your own negative creations, beginning in your brain as soon as you start to rest on a certain idea and perception, which is not of Divine origin. It is very important, that you practice daily and more and more constantly with the observation of your thought pattern, and intentionally replace negative patterns with what feels right and makes you feel happy and content.
And if you want even to proceed a step further: submit your heart to the blissful Truth of Divine Reality and be such inspired and free of limitations as they occur in duality!
By choosing firmly happiness you prevent negative vibrations and beings, which are still clinging to your planet, to be re-enforced again and again.
You need to be aware that it is up to you to resist and change this dense and low vibrating field that keeps humanity in the present state of imprisonment. Actually, this is your imprisonment!
Therefore, for your own well-being, remember to feed your thoughts with the emotion of love, in the first place, so that negative thoughts cannot arise! Feed your thoughts with the heart’s tolerance, so that unnecessary conflicts cannot arise! Feed your thoughts with your heart’s equanimity, so that thoughts of aggression cannot arise! And such create your new world!
Dear ones, this is your great learning process, and you all came here to understand what you can do to support this glorious liberation process of humanity! You all have all the tools always available, to do this, they are your own inherent human heritage. You do not have to seek elsewhere, as you are directly equipped with your God-given human consciousness and awareness to engage in this conscious process.
This has nothing to do with morality! It is not a task of religiosity or piety or to be a “good” person, that strives for a reward! This is a task that you want to do, because you want to exercise your true Divine nature, you want to change your world for your own benefit, well-being and happiness, and thereby for everybody else!
Therefore it is the greatest service you can do now, to keep your spirit high and your energy body in a strong as possible vibration, clear of disturbances, whatever happens to you and in your world, because you maintain it with a loving and peaceful heart.
Whatever you neglect will not be nurtured and supported and it must disappear and vanish, especially now in the great Blessings of Divine Light, that wants to be established on your planet!
I Am with you, dear Ones, with the Love of my Heart, to inspire you to trust your Own.

Moody’s cut its rating for 13 Italian banks this evening, citing the weakened borrower standing of the Italian government after its credit grade was downgraded last week.
The ratings fell by one to two notches, with Unicredit and Intesa Sanpaolo both falling to Baa2 from A3.
“Today’s actions follow the weakening of the Italian government’s credit profile,” Moody’s said in a statement.

The official request was made more than a month ago but so far the Vatican Bank, known as the Institute for Religious Works, has refused to disclose any records of the account held by father Ninni Treppiedi – who is currently suspended from serving as a priest.
Investigators want to know more about vast sums of money that are said to have passed through his account to establish if they were money laundering operations by on the run Mafia Godfather, Matteo Messina Denaro.
The reports emerged in the Italian media and came just two weeks after the head of the Vatican Bank, Ettore Gotti Tedeschi, was sacked amid claims of power struggles and corruption within the Holy See which have been linked to the leaking of sensitive documents belonging to Pope Benedict XVI.
