June 4 is a partial Lunar Eclipse followed by the June 5/6 completion of the Venus Transit. On concert day, June 5, 2012, we will be celebrating our work as lightworkers, starseeds, wayshowers and ascension seekers through my style of Inspirational Rockin Blues.
We will also be honoring Mother Earth for her wondrous gifts and the gifts of energy given to us by such a genius as Nikola Tesla. It so happens that June 5 is my deceased mother's birthday. It also happens that her name was Rhea. In many of the world's mythologies, Rhea is the name for Mother Earth. I call this a Kosmic Koinki Dinki!

There are many signs that the old systems are collapsing, and it is inevitable as they have proven to be unsuitable to overcome your problems. They will need a new way of conducting business, that can be aligned with a complete appraisal of your needs. Even so, they could be looked upon as interim measures as they will bridge the gap that exists between where you now, and where you need to be. The evolutionary period you are commencing will be something of a quick fire situation, as no sooner will you take a great leap forward, than you will be moving on again to a higher level. We have for example informed you that one day you will live in crystal cities, but they are somewhat in your future, as are a number of new technologies.
We like you to become aware of your destiny, and in that way you can also help to manifest it. After Ascension your creative powers will have substantially increased, and you will therefore take a greater role in providing for your needs. You will find that all matter will have become refined, and carry a greater degree of consciousness that will respond to you. In fact in most instances you will have two way contact with animals, and other living matter. There will be no fear either way, and your ability to show love for all life will help create the most wonderful relationships, that will be completely happy and harmonious.
It is the future that should be occupying your minds, and that will carry you through any problems that directly affect you as a result of the changes. The outcome is going to be the fulfillment of our promises to you, as part of God’s the grand plan for your Ascension, and your subsequent experiences. Having plunged the depths of darkness, you are now to fully lift up into the Light. There you will find your real home, and the happiness and joy of being at One with all life. On Earth you could not be expected to reach such dizzy heights, because of the heavy vibrations that kept you down. That Dear Ones is changing with each day that passes, as you and all of the other Lightworkers are rapidly increasing the Light quotient upon Earth.
It hardly needs us to tell you that the divine date for commencing all activities, connected with the cleansing has been reached. We stand at the ready although in actuality we have already started, albeit in a relatively small way. We work as always behind the scenes, but look forward to being able to do our work more openly. From our point of view it is important that you know what we are doing and why, as we want you to be involved. The more you can do will please us, as in many respects the problems are yours to rectify. However, with the best will in the world, you cannot overcome the dark Ones without help. We have never seen our tasks as saving you, but rather ones that fully support you. Clearly, without our advanced technologies you could not be expected to complete the cleansing programs by yourselves,
in time for Ascension.
All over the world there are countries that are in the process of change, and each one will have to answer to the people and their demands for freedom. It is not possible any longer to impose authoritarian rule on them, by denying their rights. The people have smelt freedom and are coming to realize that it is theirs to claim back, and so be it. The momentum and drive towards peaceful change can be supported by us and as we have done so far, we will continue to back up those involved. It has not gone unnoticed that our craft are being seen in many more localities, and in circumstances that cannot be explained other than by the truth. We are here already and some advance groups have been active for many years, and contacts have been made with you. All of this is known to your leaders who are part of the cover-up, but to be fair some are under extreme pressures not to reveal the truth. That indeed has been the problem, as the Illuminati have had such control that it extended right up to the top. However, with our protection you will soon see some leaders speak out and support us.
We cannot force the issue of disclosure, but are working steadily towards an acceptable arrangement that suits all parties involved. It would really be in everyone’s interests if the governmental changes have first taken place, thus ensuring a meeting at which all would be receptive and support each other. However, it seems to us that the way in which the financial situation is heading a collapse is inevitable, and it is the right time to set it up in readiness for the prosperity programs. So much is on the verge of happening it will require a great deal of attention to detail, to ensure it all flows nicely without difficulties.
The media is aware of what is happening but hold back for fear of the consequences. That will change in short time, as we must have an informed public before we can consider open contact. We can see the broader picture as we view it from outside of Earth, and that enables us to act in everyone’s interest. The dark Ones are hoping to go out with a “Bang”, but we are going to ensure it does not happen. The arrests continue, and as our allies catch up with them they will be put away. or under house arrest. We will make sure that the main troublemakers are amongst the first to be dealt with. No news is not bad news as far as we are concerned, as much of our work will of necessity be kept secret for the time being.
We are just one source of information and feel sure that those of you who are well read, cannot help but acknowledge that the messages are in the main complimentary to each other. Take out of them what you can accept, and if in doubt trust your intuition. In some respects it does not matter too much who is right or wrong. Only time will bring out the complete truth, and by then you will be well on the way to ascending. That is all that really counts as there are many paths and time lines that lead in the same direction.

A group of researchers working at the Human Genome Project indicate that they made an astonishing scientific discovery: They believe so-called 97% non-coding sequences in human DNA is no less than genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms.
The non-coding sequences are common to all living organisms on Earth, from moulds to fish to humans. In human DNA, they constitute larger part of the total genome, says Prof. Sam Chang, the group leader. Non-coding sequences, originally known as “junk DNA”, were discovered years ago, and their function remained a mystery. The overwhelming majority of Human DNA is “Off-world” in origin. The apparent “extraterrestrial junk genes” merely “enjoy the ride” with hard working active genes, passed from generation to generation.

The Vatican Bank chief has been dismissed for reportedly leaking documents amid accusations of money laundering. The move comes as the Holy See, embroiled in a chain of financial scandals, is trying to deal with claims of corruption and fraud.
The president of the Vatican Bank Ettore Gotti Tedeschi has been ousted after receiving a unanimous vote of no-confidence from bank overseers.
The economist, who presided over the institution since 2009, is under investigation by Italian magistrates for alleged money laundering.
Gotti Tedeschi is seen as having failed to clean up the image of the bank, perceived as a symbol of the opacity and corruption scandal gripping the Pope’s kingdom.
“The board passed a unanimous no-confidence vote against the president… and believes the action is important to maintain the vitality” of the bank, the Vatican said.
The ex-chief declined to comment on his dismissal. He told journalists: “I’d rather say nothing, otherwise I’d say ugly things.”
However in remarks to Reuters, he said: “I have paid for my transparency.”
In 2010 Italian police launched an investigation against Tedeschi as part of a money-laundering inquiry, and the Vatican said then it was “perplexed and astonished”, expressing full confidence in him.
Now, the Huffington Post says the Vatican has been shaken by a row over leaked documents and has begun a criminal probe into the source of the leaks, besides setting up a commission of cardinals to look into the matter.
Quoting an anonymoussource familiar with the Vatican’s investigation, the Huffington Post says the banker leaked confidential documents to serve his personal and political interests.
Gotti Tedeschi, 62, was named president of the bank, known as the Institute for Religious Works, or IOR, in an effort by the Vatican to clear the institution’s name.
The Vatican has been in the midst of a scandal over tax fraud and money laundering for several years.
In 2010, Pope Benedict XVI created a new financial authority to “prevent and oppose illegal financial activity,” after an Italian court temporarily seized $33 million from the Vatican Bank as part of the inquiry into Tedesci’s activities.
The Pope has launched desperate attempts to wash off the corruption claims after the Moneyval, the Council of Europe’s experts on anti-money laundering, set a deadline for the Vatican to prove it can be put on to the “white list” of financially virtuous countries.
The body prepares to rule at the beginning of July on whether the Holy See has managed to clean up its act and meet international monetary standards on financial transactions.
The Vatican Bank was created during World War II to manage assets destined for religious or charitable works and has seen several financial scandals in the past decades.

“We come to guide and to support as the time that has always been stated approaches. In the “history” of human kind there has been an event that has been stated and all humans are now looking to this event with wonder. We are here to confirm through our channel that the information regarding this event is TRUTH.Much has occurred around the timeline that YOU are in and much has been distorted to create a lower energy signature in general for the human race, this event is NOT one of those distortions. We are here to guide in detail for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. We guide the time of the NEW earth is now in the physical, the shifting of energies, the raising of vibration has created this event that has always been stated.
We wish to guide further on the creation of an event in a timeline for those who are in the NOW. It may be confusing for the human mind to work with the NOW and the creation and we will do our best to explain this to YOU.
We have guided on dreaming and the importance of collective dreaming, this is where the vibrations of those who hold the codes for the new earth merge with those who are in human form and able to dream. We are here to guide and support so that YOU may be able to hold the LOVE that IS more securely in YOUr hearts over the next 24/48 hours. The days of darkness that were foretold are now dear ones, we guide the days of darkness are for those who are now making a vibrational choice as to whether to stay on a 3D world or to move to a higher vibration and allow the LOVE that IS to reside in their hearts.
Those who are not awake dear ones may FEEL as if their world is collapsing and we guide dear ones for YOU to hold the space for them. It may not be possible for them to hear YOUr words of comfort so we guide for YOU to hold the space energetically. This is done through the act of BEing, it is done by staying in grace and in LOVE and of allowing the FLOW of the new energies to move freely around and within YOUr BEing.
The new earth is now BEing dreamed into creation, she now pauses before entering the birth canal to BE physically present in the reality in which YOU reside. This is done as a reflection of the dreaming that has occurred and which the dream councils will report on in greater detail.
Those who work with the codes of the new earth are now moving into place and will become highly visible over the coming days. These are the BEings who are showing the new earth in its splendour. We ask for YOU to connect to these individuals in dreamtime and ask to connect and dream with them. They will meet YOU in the dreamtime landscape and they will BE able to show YOU in detail the new earth that the human race is creating in harmony with all realms and races.
The influx of new energies will see various natural states of BEing for a human BEing [to] accelerate. Those who have been working to clear their vision will see an increase in the depth of that vision and a depth of clarity they have not experienced before. For those who are honing their ability to communicate with those realms and races around them this will increase and deepen. The ability to telepathically communicate with those around YOU will increase tenfold. This for the humans who are not awake or who have not moved vibrationally to this TRUTH may be confusing and may for a short period of time create an influx of what is termed “mental health” issues for some of the population. KNOW the ability to be telepathic is natural, it is not an issue for a medical doctor who may prescribe medicine that will take the body out of its natural way of BEing and create situations that are traumatic.We guide in this level of detail so that those who are at ONE with this way of BEing who can accept their abilities to communicate with not only humans but other realms and races around them can help those who are struggling. This is not a time to be in hierarchy dear ones and we guide this strongly. We do not ask that YOU transform all who cross YOUr path but we do guide that if you are awakening and have the ability to nurture and space hold for those around YOU that YOU do so.
The new earth is based on FEELings, it is not possible to create within the vibrations of the new earth with old vibrations active within YOU. This is where we guide on the days of darkness. Whilst YOU hold the aches and the trauma within YOUr heart this will come up for release. It is not permissible to enter a new born world with the trauma of an old world active within YOU. We ask for YOU to go into meditation and to do the work necessary to achieve the cleansing and clearing that is necessary to move to the new earth.
We wish to clarify further on the new earth and the VIBRATIONAL shift that is required. We do not guide that a new physical earth will be created that is separate and needs to be reached. That is not TRUTH dear ones and we guide for YOU to detach from this scenario. This was implanted into human consciousness in order to provoke FEAR and to lower the vibration of the human race.
EVERYTHING is vibration and EVERYTHING is energy, we now move to a vibration that sees the LOVE that IS borne a new, at a deeper level and harmonized and anchored within the human race. The days of darkness will occur for those who are not ready to do this, not ready to open their hearts and to BE. We guide that LOVE is the answer to all questions dear ones and that LOVE is the vibration that YOU naturally resonate to. The more out of balance and in line with the vibration of the 3D world in which YOU were enslaved from that YOU are, the more difficult may be the process that is needed to move vibrationally.
ALL realms and ALL races stand ready to help and assist in this movement into the new earth. Some races and realms have instilled various tools within the human race in general to cope with the demand of the human race at this time. We guide YOU in the use of crystals, of colour, of meditations and of LOVE. KNOW that YOU are safe and protected at ALL times dear ones as YOU move through the dimensional shifts that are needed to raise YOUr vibration to where it was always to BE.
We guide for YOU to BE in flow at all times dear ones, for the reality that will begin to BE created will be in flow for some time. This is not a quick shift and it is not a quick birth, the birth of the new earth will happen in different time frames for different human BEings. It is not appropriate to talk of earth years for that is linear time and the shifts of vibration are happening in all timelines and all dimensions at the same time. There is only NOW dear ones and we guide for YOU to anchor this deeply within YOUr very BEing.
This is the event that has been talked about through all of time and all of the universe is now around YOU, the universe is waiting for YOU to dream the new earth for SELF for in dreaming YOU create the vibration that is needed to help others on planet earth. Written by: JUDGE DALE PREFACE: I didn’t plan on writing a PART 5 but given the global movement in play too collapse the fiat financial dominance historically created and controlled by the Vatican; European Royal and Elite plus the retaliatory efforts by the United States Corporation to recoup their control of America; I felt a need to point out the flaws in their CORPORATE PROCESS. You probably identify with this CORPORATE PROCESS as LEGAL PROCESS but it really isn’t about what is legal or lawful because all process is about the enforcement of CONTRACTS or the imposition and enforcement of CORPORATE REGULATIONS called STATUTES. The best advice you will ever receive is to: AVOID THEIR COURTS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. There is NO justice to be found in those Courts unless you are a member of the Vatican; the Royal or Elite, or have purchased Diplomatic Immunity! THE COURTS: The only Constitutional Court in America is the International Court of Trades, which was created because no Foreign Nation Government would Trade with the Corporate United States, until they provided a way for these Foreign Nations to enforce their Trade Agreements with America. NOTE: Historically, the World Court was created to provide Nations with a venue to enforce their Trade Agreements but the Corporate United States refused the Courts invitation to participate because they were denied control over the Court. All of the other American Courts are pseudo courts or fictions and simply are Corporate Administrative Offices designed to resemble Courts and all of their Judges are simply Executive Administrators designed to resemble Judges. The purpose of these pseudo Corporate Courts are only to settle contract disputes and since George Washington’s government was military in structure; if either party refuses to participate, these Courts cannot become involved and the dispute is dead in the water! My use of the term “dead in the water” is not a canard because these pseudo Courts are unconstitutional Courts of Admiralty, the International Law of the Sea! The Washington Monument was completed in 1884, as a tribute to George Washington and his military government, which is actually a sea-level obelisk that infers that all of America is “under water” and thus subject to the Laws of Admiralty as opposed or contrary to the intended Constitutional Civilian Government under Common Law. The pseudo Judges of these pseudo Courts have NO powers without the Consent of both the Plaintiff and the Defendant. [AND] In every case the Judge must determine that he has Consent; Personam and Subject Matter Jurisdiction before he can act or access the Cesta Que Trust. NOTE: All tradable Securities must be assigned a CUSIP NUMBER before it can be offered to investors. Birth Certificates and Social Security Applications are converted into Government Securities; assigned a CUSIP NUMBER; grouped into lots and then are marketed as a Mutual Fund Investment. Upon maturity, the profits are moved into a GOVERNMENT CESTA QUE TRUST and if you are still alive, the certified documents are reinvested. It is the funds contained in this CESTA QUE TRUST that the Judge, Clerk and County Prosecutor are really after or interested in! This Trust actually pays all of your debts but nobody tells you that because the Elite consider those assets to be their property and the Federal Reserve System is responsible for the management of those Investments. Social Security; SSI; SSD; Medicare and Medicaid are all financed by the Trust. The government makes you pay TAXES and a potion of your wages supposedly to pay for these services, which they can borrow at any time for any reason since they cannot access the CESTA QUE TRUST to finance their Wars or to bail out Wall Street and their patron Corporations. The public is encouraged to purchase all kinds of insurance protection when the TRUST actually pays for all physical damages; medical costs; new technology and death benefits. The hype to purchase insurance is a ploy to keep us in poverty and profit off our stupidity because the Vatican owns the controlling interest in all Insurance Companies. You may receive a monthly statement from a Mortgage Company; Loan Company or Utility Company, which usually has already been paid by the TRUST. Almost all of these corporate businesses double dip and hope that you have been conditioned well enough by their Credit Scams, to pay them a second time. Instead of paying that Statement next time, sign it approved and mail it back to them. If they then contact you about payment, ask them to send you a TRUE BILL instead of a Statement and you will be glad to pay it? A Statement documents what was due and paid, whereas a TRUE BILL represents only what is due. Banks and Utility Companies have direct access into these Cesta Que Trusts and all they needed was your name; social security number and signature. This morning we will speak of the progress being made, which you so eagerly await. Many envision a huge, almost cataclysmic occurrence. But the most powerful energy of manifestation on your planet right now has become that of you lightworkers as you unite your intentions.
On the fifth and twentieth of this month, huge numbers of you united in envisioning a smooth and peaceful transition into your new world. We were more than overjoyed and joined you in this effort. Not only was the effort a success, dear friends, but the transition has begun. Each successive wave of the incoming energies is lifting your frequencies so much now that your effect upon the whole is increasing and unstoppable. It is overflowing and finding its own to unite with.
If one of you is still isolated, we assure you it will not remain so. In fact, if you are reading this, consider yourself within the reach of our voice. You are needed where you are now to keep the new energy grid intact. Soon you will be able to move freely. We ask your patience a little longer.
The ‘house of cards’ is weakening so much now that there is a deal of crumbling from within. The foundation is washing out, and soon the whole will collapse very quickly. Maintain your focus when that happens. Its replacement will emerge immediately.
We ask that you keep your focus on that happy occurrence. We walk with you now. The intricate planning for this time is well in hand. If you can maintain your calm focus, the changes will seem to occur in the blink of an eye. Your complete freedom is about to be restored to you, something which has not been experienced here for many thousands of years.
Be at peace, beloveds, and in patient, grateful anticipation. Keep yourselves centered and grounded and we will speak with you tomorrow.

The energies you are receiving through the transmission of the Transition is exceptionally strong and I tell you, as the messenger of the One, that there is no intention, no plan to vary this, to turn it down at all. If anything, my beloved ones, you may feel it growing stronger and stronger and stronger within you.
Now we have heard your discussions about the crests of the waves and the troughs and some of the experiences that you have been experiencing as you are clearing, as you are undergoing your life review, as you are experiencing cosmic flu, as you are beginning to put in place your new life plan, your expansion, your next chapter, the beginning of your Ascension travels, the claiming of the fulness of your multidimensional, transdimensional, interdimensional Self. Oh, no, we will not stop that transmission.
But what we are doing is bringing you this gift to remind you and to restore you because much of what we are doing with you, my beloved ones, is about restoration. It is not just about us restoring you but it is about you claiming and reclaiming your birthright and the totality of who you are. …
What we do is we bring you this gentle joy so that as you are riding the waves, as you are going through the integration of this transition, that you will have this sense of deep knowing, of quiet joy, or]f quiet peace, [so] that even though the seas may look rough, that everything, above, below and in between is in exact divine order and unfoldment of the Divine Mother’s Plan, [so] that you will know that you are attended by legions, by the entire company of Heaven. … This energy is already flooding your planet. … a gift for all humanity, a gift given freely and equally.
Attendant with this gift, the wrapping on this gift is purity, what many of you think of as grace, but it is also the remembering, the reawakening, the restoring, the reclaiming of your original Self and imprint, of your original sense of innocence, of awe and wonder. Why? Because it is in divine timing but also because, my beloved ones, during these times of such intense magnification, such intense change, shift, of leaving what you think you have known behind, it is important that your memory in every particle and subatomic fiber of your being, remember the original part of who you are and that is innocence. It is beauty. It is love.It is absolute grace and glory. It is divinity.
So while you are pushing out and letting go and cleansing some of the illusions that you have had in this lifetime and other lifetimes as well we are pushing you back even further and at the same time catapulting you forward – yes, it is completely possible – so that you are in the place of embracing, remembering and loving your innocence, your purity and your gentle joy.

Julian Assange has made what he says might be his “last public appearance”. The Wikileaks founder hid his face behind an Anonymous mask as he appeared at an event, less than a week before his extradition ruling.
Assange was speaking at a pre-BAFTAS event in London, where he addressed his role in the documentary Shadows of Liberty, which deals with poor press freedom in the US.
In an interview to ABC News, Assange insisted he is at his best pursuing ideas he finds crucial to himself and to others.
“I feel that I have made my days count, so I certainly would not want to exchange days that can be counted for days that cannot,” he said.
For this appearance, he chose to wear the mask adopted by the Anonymous loose-knit international collective of hacktivists, thought to be behind high-profile attacks on government websites all over the world.
A panel of seven Supreme Court judges are set to make their decision on the scandal-stirring whistleblower’sextradition to Sweden next Wednesday, May 30.
The controversial cyberspace activist is accused of raping a woman in Stockholm back in 2010. He is also wanted by the Swedish authorities for questioning over sexual assault allegations. Assange denies the claims, saying they are politically motivated.
