Thank you for your e-mail of 29 January where you ask various questions about corruption in Cleveland Police Force. Your e-mail has been passed to the Direct Communications Unit and I have been asked to reply.
No abuse of the position of trust and responsibility given to the police service can ever be justified. Professional Standards Departments in police forces have a key role to play in maintaining the integrity of the service and rooting out corruption wherever it is found within the police service.
All police officers are subject to a Code of Professional Standards that specifies the standards of conduct expected of them. Failure to reach those standards, including corrupt actions, could lead to disciplinary action being taken, and disciplinary action may lead to dismissal.
The Police Reform Act 2002 affords police officers the same protection as ordinary employees under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 so that they can report any suspected wrongdoing in confidence. All serious cases of corruption must be brought to the attention of the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC). The IPCC is the statutory guardian of the police complaints system. The Police Reform Act 2002 provides the IPCC with the powers to investigate allegations of corruption in the police. It also provides the IPCC with the powers to direct police investigations into such cases. I write to you regarding your Email correspondence,the contents of which have been noted,(as if I’ve committed another criminal offence).Yours is clearly a complex issue,involving serious allegations of corruption,In all Circumstances I would suggest you seek independent Legal Advice as to,amongst other things,whether you can lay a complaint direct to the other (Corrupt) chief constable of cleveland police,

about the serious issues you raised.I don’t believe this,he must have realised whilst sending him the email it went to IPCC also,who then dispenced and recorded it as vexatious,the reason I sent an email to this MP was in fact a last attempt for someone other than a bent chief who has already been Sacked,Sean Price,with the authority to order an investigation into the circumstance of Why did that officer ruined my life when he lied to a court,again,after 22 previous attempts FAILED dramatically.
As a poor person, made so, by the corrupt activity of this Middlesbrough authority, at the hands of an absolute madman,a mayor who committed crimes himself,who admitted it, and was promoted for it,I who have committed any offences, having been at the brunt of some police officers,then knowing full, well that I will brunt what they call ,LAWLESS behaviour ,internet obsessives,and whistle blowing, against what I call,Cleveland Police,stopped from Rightfull employment,a rightfull living wage,my human rights to live,and having exhausted all avenues of complaints within this obvious Corrupt system of authority,to believe that even this appeal to him,an MP was refused with this evidence,I am once again turned down by my local MP,who in turn Ignores this damning Police evidence,which is a breach in his role of his office, as an MP, and a human being,being poor should not stop any lawfull rights to appeal or complaint to be seen as vexatious,or abusive behaviour,turning the owness on me,as is the case,a poor person has a right to seek justice,they impress upon me,if there is NO complaints system,that will endevour to take the appropriate responsibility,of there actions towards not ordering an investigation I can only presume the worste in that person, as a willing participant in that corrupt practice which is the Corruption in the ranks of Cleveland Police authority,and his own involvement in this case,I will be posting this message to warn others of his lack of attention in responding,to this case.

Saturn’s shockwaves reach supernova force

February 22, 2013 – SPACE - During a chance encounter with what appears to be an unusually strong blast of solar wind at Saturn, NASA’s Cassini spacecraft detected particles being accelerated to ultra-high energies. This is similar to the acceleration that takes place around distant supernovas. “Cassini has essentially given us the capability of studying the nature of a supernova shock in situ in our own solar system, bridging the gap to distant high-energy astrophysical phenomena that are usually only studied remotely,” said Adam Masters of the Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Sagamihara, Japan. Scientists are particularly interested in “quasi-parallel” shocks, where the magnetic field and the “forward”-facing direction of the shock are almost aligned, as may be found in supernova remnants. The new study, led by Masters describes the first detection of significant acceleration of electrons in a quasi-parallel shock at Saturn, coinciding with what may be the strongest shock ever encountered at the ringed planet.

Beloved Brethren of Earth, our brothers and sisters of the Light, emissaries of our civilizations. We all welcome you cordially and we thank you for your focus and your energy to read this message. We are the Pleiadians of the Light, hailing from the 7 sisters : Merope, Maia, Alcyone our great central sun, Atlas, Electra, Taygeta and Pleione.
As is generally known, we are tightly connected to your planet Earth and to your civilization. We often recognize ourselves in you and regularly see ourselves reflected in you. We are your future selves, your aspects and your true essence. We are your Divine Self in a somewhat more refined and higher form of Light. That is why the recognition and connection are so striking for both parties.
We are here to help all of you, to support you and to empower what you yourselves are creating and manifesting. We are you in a slightly higher form as we have just stipulated and we reach out our hands to you in order to become one again and to amplify the powers on this Earth. Beloved brethren and sisters, you are about to meet yourselves and that will entail a huge expansion of your consciousness which will be even bigger than the current one. Everything will be turned up a notch and this is an everlasting process called Ascension.
Everything revolves now around the knowledge of your inner self and the acceptance of yourself so to enable us/yourself to meet in the NOW. This requires self-knowledge, acceptance, self-love and a focus on your inner world. No outside force will “redeem” you from all of this, no my beloved ones, you will save yourself out of duality; and the you we are referring to is Us, your Higher Self as the Galactic aspect.
It is also generally accepted that everything is now about to unfold on the Earth; a new mission and a new level have emerged for the global world which comprise a solar as well as a galactic level. That’s why it is very important to know and to accept the fact that everyone is and has a galactic Self in one specific or even in multiple civilizations lest there can be no work done on a Galactic level. It is also necessary to open yourself up to your Galactic essence of Light and the incoming intense galactic energies will help you one by one and step by step in this matter as you will be brought to a ‘confrontation’ and an ‘opening’ with yourself.
And all this is necessary to arrive at a complete integration and a full acceptance before an actual contact can be made. It is of the utmost importance that humanity realises that we are no threat and we are no outsiders but rather that we are you in a higher and more advanced form : you in the future of the NOW! Only then will it be seen and known that there’s nothing outside of you, that everything is inside of you, that you yourself are all of this! Difficult concepts to grasp? Or are these concepts difficult to integrate and accept? Than leave it for the moment, perhaps the time is not yet right for you personally to fully understand this. Give it a rest and immerse yourself in these concepts at a later time in a further attempt to integrate them. We will always be there for you to aid you with these concepts because we are you and are never separated from your Being.
Can you now fully understand how it is utterly impossible for us to be far away from you, to leave you all behind or even to abandon you? Beloved ones, when you sense this or even think of it, this can only mean that we are not yet fully integrated in you as you, as a galactic aspect of YOU. In this case you are enclined to search and look too much outside of you whereas we duly are you.
That’s the reason that so many souls experience so many disappointments, souls who are so yearning to meet us and never get to see us, a fact that is only true in their own mind. For actually there is already a meeting, just not on the level or in the way these souls assume it would be. To meet us is to recognize us, to accept us, to see that we are you. That is what a meeting is all about : the meeting with your Galactic Self.
We are fully aware that this message might be a bit difficult to grasp and to accept BUT the time has now come for you to learn, to know and to activate these concepts and that’s the reason for our message today, beloved ones. We love you so immensely and we feel how the connections are emerging in a more tender and deeper way what can only signify that your eyes and hearts are opening and that insights are gained. We are so close to you now, closer than you can imagine for, beloved ones, we are YOU!
With these last words we leave you all in peace and tranquility, absorb these words in the most suitable way for yourself. When you feel resistance just leave our message and words for what they are, for now. It is not that you are dealing with untruths but rather with the fact that you don’t yet resonate with it. If on the other hand you feel these words and our message as truthful, as a beautiful melody resounding in your heart, be thankful, give it your blessing and embrace it with your whole being so that integration of these concepts will become a reality.

The pressures you are putting on your authorities, leaves them in no doubt you are not going to sit back and allow the old ways to continue. You are calling for change that will put you on course for the introduction of New Age benefits that have been held back. It is clear for example that there has to be moves towards introducing free energy, as electricity and gas prices are being allowed to escalate world wide to the point where people cannot afford them. We wonder how many demonstrations will take place before the subject is given serious consideration. People have been very patient but there comes a point when they cannot take any more. That is a dangerous time for the authorities who must not ignore what is taking place. Riots are not pleasant and we do not advocate any form of violence, but we do understand when you see such action as the only way to get attention to your demands. It means that we may have to intervene on your behalf if matters get out of hand.
Fortunately following the recent inflows of energy that have lifted people up, there is a calming affect produced by those who have taken them into their being, and are able to project Love and Light on to situations. That is keeping a balance within society, and is helping wake up even more individuals to the need for peaceful activities. Much more will be gained by bringing out the best in people, rather than causing confrontation with those in power. Love is the most powerful force in the Universe and we encourage you to use it, and by your example bring people round to your way of thinking. You will notice that as more people awaken they also experience a change in their level of consciousness, and it becomes easier to bring them together to work for a common purpose. That is where your power lays and it will bring positive results.
As you are finding, it is still difficult to make progress when the dark Ones are still holding onto their power. There is however a limit as to how far they can go, as they no longer have the extensive back up that they depended on to be successful. They are being picked off one at the time and it is weakening their ability to carry through with their plans. The lack the co-ordination and leadership that was once always there to support them. Our hope is that they will discontinue their activities and see the Light, and take another path that will lead them out of the darkness. From our perspective it is never too late for a soul to change tracks, and they would be welcomed back as it is not our place to be the judge of their past lives. It is for this reason that we have previously asked you to hold back judgment of any other soul who remains in the dark, but rather be one who endeavors to lift them up by giving of your love. Darkness is the absence of Light, and you who are Lightworkers can change that situation without imposing yourself upon another soul.
You still have plenty of work to do bring the New Age into being, but it is becoming easier as you have an immense back up from us and other sources. There is never a time that we are not with you, and we do our best to inspire you and encourage you to always seek the most perfect outcome in all situations. You hold the banner for all those who are awakening, and they will find you when the need arises. We know that your heart is in the right place and is where you work from, so that your decisions are made in the best interests of everyone. We have such admiration for you all, and are pleased that before not too long you will see the results of your endeavors. Do not despair, as you have really done the difficult bit and have advanced much further than you realize. It is more important than it ever was to keep focused on the outcome of the changes, rather than concentrate on the imbalances themselves. See all falling into place as has been expected and promised, because you are so near to the final days of the old paradigm. It has little or no power to remain in the present high levels of energy, and must break up and return to the lower levels of vibration.
As soon as the levels of consciousness reach a certain point, you will literally force the awaited changes to come into being. The negativity that is holding them up will find that its power has become dissipated, and can no longer dictate the time line that they would like to restrict you to. Already more headway is being made than at any previous time, and fulfillment of the promises made to you are so very near. However, the final divine word rests with God ensuring total success once it is given. Even so we believe that in a matter of some months the direction you are going in will become clear, and we expect there to be massive support from you. Your part will be to spread the good news as you understand it, and bring more souls in to the Light.
We oversee what is happening upon Earth, but nevertheless take something of a back seat as our Allies continue to take more control of what is happening. Naturally we give them our guidance, having a better overall understanding of how matters are likely to work out. We are the unseen helpers who pave the way for your ultimate victory over the dark Ones. We bear no malice or anger where they are concerned, and have compassion for any soul that has drifted away from their Light. We never forget that everything is an important part of the whole, and we give of our Light in equal part to all on their evolutionary path. Everyone has the same potential to find their way back to the Light, and we help where we are asked for guidance.
Dear Ones help keep the peace, and help keep the balance between different sects and races. Sometimes they find it hard to accept the Oneness of the Human Race, and often religious differences are ingrained into their memory from their childhood. Lovingly accept the differences and allow others to follow their own path, providing it does not interfere with another souls freedom of choice. Fear is at the root of most troubles, and of course played upon by the Illuminati and their supporters. Replace fear with love and allow others to follow their dictates until they realize that their experience has been fulfilled and no longer needed.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and happy to see what progress has been made towards bringing peace to the Earth, although we appreciate that many minor wars still take their toll on human life. It will not be too long before peace will be agreed across the planet, and we will ensure that it is permanent.

Ashtar on President Obama's State of the Union Speech and More Ashtar On The Road

"Greetings Beloved Family! It is I, Ashtar who comes again to be with you in spirit, in Love and in Joy! For those of you who listened or watched the Presidential speech - and this was for the entire World, not just the United States of America - we wish to emphasize that, first and foremost, he has a lot of ideas.
"He is inspired! He is inspired to lead this country and the entire World further along the Path of the Golden Age, or Aquarian Age, and it is true that it is going to take a huge outpouring of loving support for all of these things to be accomplished. Yet, behind the scenes, and he knows that full well behind the scenes, are numerous, too numerous to count, members of support teams, not just the ones in the human bodies, but those of us who come from beyond.
"There’s not much left of the veil because Mother Gaia and Planet Earth have moved into what we are calling the 'Golden Age,' it is high 4D, but there are still those who are clinging to 3D, and yes you will see some opposition from those very ones in the congress and senate and various departments and governmental agencies and so on, wanting to block these great changes that he proposes to make.
"We will say this loud and clear: he is very well aware of NESARA and of what NESARA brings about. What he is doing is bridging, he is the first bridge, that is, his programs and his inspirations are the first bridge to the very bridge which is called NESARA, because NESARA in turn is a bridge to Freedom! You may think it is just about abundance, but it is much, much more.
"It is Freedom in every aspect of the lives of all humans on Planet Earth; it is Freedom for the animal and the plant kingdoms, and for the mineral kingdoms who are deemed to serve the humans. You know, it’s the humans who think all of the other kingdoms are here to serve. If you ask members of the other kingdoms what they have to say about that, they would take a different perspective and voice a different point of view which is true and appropriate, and as you like to say, it is high time because we are in High Times and we are continuing on this Path!
"Let us propose that you need look no further for proof of all of this than the most recent resignations of humans, or we shall say those who appear to be human, from very high positions! We shall be lending our support to the election of a pope who is one with the people and in turn with all of the kingdoms. I have the pleasure of announcing that there shall be some who are not cardinals when that enclave meets.
"Representing all of us, you and us, including those of us who come to be with you, shall be St. Germain and Archangel Michael, because if there was ever a group that needed to get the Truth out on the table, it’s the group of cardinals who shall decide who will be the new leader of millions of people who belong – and you can take that any way you choose – to the Catholic Church. It’s time for a lot of fresh air to blow through those hallowed halls. It’s time for the secrets to not be secrets anymore and its time for those who are truly upon the spiritual path - and everybody is told to be on the spiritual path - it's just that the leaders are not quite on the same path - it’s time for them to be freed from the dogmas, the restrictions and the enslavements that have been put upon them. So there is going to be a lot happening there!
"We are going to support the election of a new pope as part of the breath of spring; the breath of spring is, by the way, also called the equinox. You have a date on your calendar of approximately the twenty-first of March - in some places of the world there is variance. And there are going to be a lot of breaths of spring coming, so stay tuned!!!
"We shall comment briefly upon another resignation, and that is of course of the queen. Her name is Beatrix, and she is a part of the ruling establishment in Europe, which is changing, as it must. And so Pope Ratzinger will become Cardinal Ratzinger and his published gameplan is that he shall retire back to that place from where he came, which is the heart of illuminati land, but the reality of it is he has another date, and the reality of it is, that this is all being taken care of.
"We only give you these examples because there have been no publication of the arrests as of yet but we want you to know that many, many, many, many, many arrests have already taken place, and the ones you see representing these beings are simply that - representatives. Solid holographic representations, clones, look-alikes – all programmed in to the old ways.
"If somebody does not resign or leave their body, suddenly or otherwise, or disappear through all of this, then you can be fairly certain that they’ve been wearing a white hat because everybody who’s been wearing the dark hats are scheduled for, what you might call, the greatest round-up Planet Earth has never seen! And it has been ongoing for some time. We just want to assure you that when you see these big, famous names, world leader names, the big things are happening! As we have said, the breath of spring is really not that far off if you want to look at your calendars.
"The really big news, coming back to the event just completed -they’re going to go on and on and talk about it, but there is really not anything very convincing that the opposition can say about Obama’s latest speech. If you had the opportunity to watch it, or you take the opportunity after this, you will note that even Mr. Boehner had to be in the applause state and that there was quite a bit of applause and the President put the, shall we say, responsibility, out to the Congress and the Senate to be responsible. What a concept!!!
"To be responsible to the people of the Unites States of America and ultimately the World, and stop messing things up! And just in case you were not aware, there were many, many, many in the Unites States of America and indeed in all of the countries around the World who are scheduled to be included in the big roundup. Or they already have been. In fact, there is one who is long gone, and about her retirement - don’t believe what some are saying, that she might be running for the office of President next time. She’s already been taken care of.
"We trust that this is all good news because we understand that it can be frustrating to see the same old headlines and to have some of the same old stuff coming up. But you read and look at that speech and count all of the new, and innovative and creative ideas which were put forth in it, addressing every aspect of the Lifestyle! The ideas and the innovations are a bridge, and as soon as this bridge is crossed with enough votes of support, and most importantly with enough support from the Hearts of the people, the next bridge will be right there and that’s called NESARA!
"If you have not had an opportunity to support what was presented in this speech, read it, watch it, fall in Love with the ideas and the concepts. Rejoice at the stories of the people who were presented! They would call themselves ordinary citizens, and they did extraordinary things in the course of being citizens and taking responsibilities. And yes, there were those who represented the innocent, the victims.Remember who has fomented so many of these violent acts – forgive, send them Love, but support them no more!!!
"Let us give thanks to all of those who have participated in all of these events, from the mass genocides and 9/11, right down to the child. It was a case of mistaken identity they said, the one who was shot in the park near Obama’s home. They said it was a gang who thought that she was part of a rival gang – 15 years old. She took a bullet for humanity. That wasn’t what she was thinking about, but her higher self knew, and she was welcomed immediately.
"Support Peace, be for Peace, and do whatever you can, whatever you’re moved to do, whatever your Hearts tell you to do – this is think-with-your-Hearts, Beloved Ones, that’s how to live the Golden Age Lifestyle. Support Peace, be Love, and be a true Citizen of the Golden Age, because the Golden Age does not know the boundaries of countries.
"The Golden Age, while it is about the kind of abundance that will free you, it is not about who has the most money, or the most guns, or who’s better than anyone else, the Golden Age is for all to live in Peace, Joy, and brotherly and sisterly Love, sharing and caring and being One with each other and indeed, with all of the kingdoms of Mother Gaia - and beyond!!!
"We shall have Sekhmet come and join us with another one of her powerful Crystalline Exercises. But this one is the first about living the Golden Age Lifestyle, and there will be more to come. This one is the introduction, this one is to set the stage, so let’s fly together and be in Joy! Sekhmet has requested her special song,* it was actually given by Mary Magdalene, but Sekhmet loves it so much.
"Let’s all get in to Joy and come together in loving Oneness, because that, Beloved Ones, is Who We Really Are! And so it is! Thank you for being with is. We are with you always, call upon us and we’re there, because we never left. And so it is! Salut!"

Cobra - Short Update about London Conference

Our conference was a great success! In cooperation with St. Germain, we have managed to put a Light virus in the etheric matrix structure of the energy vortex of the City, a major planetary financial center. This will have a long lasting positive consequences on the etheric energy structure of the planet and will assist in the transformation of the financial system. There were some other very positive things going on, but they can not be communicated, they have to be experienced.This time nobody saw a UFO. Oh, no. Instead of that, our planet had a huge display of cosmic power just hours before the start of the conference, the meteor striking Chelyabinsk, the most spectacular cosmic event hitting our planet in the last hundred years. On top of that, another cosmic body, asteroid 2012 DA 14, made a very close approach to the surface of our planet in the very exact minutes as we started the conference. We are definitely connected with the universe!
